Letty’s Tacos is a hidden gem tucked next to a Valero gas station in Austin — and honestly, that makes it even better. The tacos al pastor were incredible — tender, flavorful, and packed with that perfect balance of smoky and sweet. The spicy sauce had just the right kick without overpowering the flavor.
The tamarindo agua fresca was also a standout — super refreshing and the perfect balance of tart and sweet. You can tell everything’s made with care and love.

Excellent taco truck to grab a bite to eat on the way into work. Fast service and better prices than most.

I am not kidding when I say these are actually the best tacos in Austin. I would put these chicken tacos up with just about anywhere else in the world. Everything else is great, but the chicken is unreal. Green sauce is perfect. Habanero sauce is also amazing (but spicy). I used to live near here and had it 3 times a week I miss it

Their chicken quesadillas are the best I have ever had. My husband brought one home for me for lunch, and then an hour later we went back and got two more. Unbelievably good.

I was craving some street tacos and found Letty’s Tacos food truck at the Valero off Howard Ln and I-35 Frontage Rd. The pastor tacos are my favorite and the barbacoa are also filled with flavor. And Letty’s has horchata so I’m quite pleased with my lunch!!

Letty’s tacos are delicious and their customer service was amazing! I needed 45 tacos for my daughter’s 1st communion party. I accidentally ordered them for Saturday but I needed them for Sunday (when they are closed). Letty’s was quick to accommodate and had them made fresh and ready on Sunday outside their normal hours. She greeted me with a big smile and arms full of tacos! Her prices are competitive especially given the quality of the taco and salsas.

I ordered two different breakfast tacos, made to order. And they were delicious. It’s a food truck at a gas station, ordering was quick and easy and the prices were extremely reasonable.
Parking: It’s at a gas station, so parking is easy.

One of my favorite taco trucks in Austin!
The food is always fresh and delicious, I can’t get enough of the tacos de pollo! ??
This truck hits EVERY TIME, the quality of the meats + seasonings and tortillas, it makes it worth the drive from south!
Vegetarian options: They are happy to adjust your order if you ask!

Very bland. Beans were from can. Cold no flavor. Rice was some of the worst I’ve tasted. Wasted money didn’t eat it. I got the tacos and side of beans and rice… tacos weren’t seasoned well.
What a true gem. When I say these are the best handmade corn tortillas I have ever eaten I mean it! We do taco tours every so often to try all the best trucks and we found Lettie’s nestled where Davi’s tacos used to be. Wow. Just wow. We have been back three times in two weeks since trying them for the first time. Best tacos in Austin.
