Place has warm Casita atmosphere with beautiful wood flooring, walls and ceiling. Food and drinks are fresh and amazing. No overload of condiments. Chips were crisp and tender, octopus appetizer was delicious and flavorful, taco birria was out of this world. Even drinks were good. Tamarindo was so fresh. No artificial ingredients or flavoring. Friendly service. Food did take some time to come but because it was so well crafted and crowded.

One of my favorite Latin restaurants in Austin. The watermelon mezcal drink is incredible. Everything I’ve eaten here is amazing. The atmosphere is excellent. It feels like you’re not even in Austin anymore on the back porch.

The atmosphere is very Austin vibes and they play the best Rock en Español. The food and drinks were not the best. The Hibiscus agua fresca was so watered down I barely tasted the flavor. The Puerquito Pibil was dry and the Camarón and Pescado Pibil was not very flavorful. The food is nothing special I would not recommend it to people for these prices.

Amazing salsa roja, best I've ever had, I could just eat the chips and that and be good. The drinks are really good too, inventive, unique and high quality. It's not the cheapest place and the noise is a bit loud inside but everything else is sooo good I keep coming back

I frequently bring out of towners to Licha's, and it always delivers. It's exactly what someone visiting Austin wants when they say they want “good Mexican food,” it's convenient, a great value, and as casual or classy as you want it to be.

Soooo good! The table had a green and a red sauce (both quite spicy) and every table was presented with a bag of chips for dipping. I had the chicken mole. The sauce was delicious, and the chicken thigh was moist. It was served with squash and a side of rice. Just the right amount of spice for an overall delicious dish. My friend ordered the fish tacos (a new item on the menu) and she said they were delicious. We sat in the side area outside and it was pleasant, as they had misters to cool things off. There are additional tables inside, as well as a bar area. There is also a large, covered patio on the back with a good number of tables. Great vibe. Excellent Service. Delicious Food.

We had a nice lunch at Licha's. Salads and tacos were very good. The atmosphere was colorful and festive. The pitcher of margaritas was a good deal and a great way to kick off a Saturday afternoon in Austin. No complaints!
