This is the first time, my friend took me here. The food is ok, not thing special, no thing impressive. The staffs seem like unhappy with our table which we have no idea why. But it ruined my experience here.

I been here second times and never come back here again.if i could give 0 star i would do that. The first time i been here i got a good experience that's why we come back here for my friend birthday.Since the time we get in restaurant all staffs look unhappy and not friendly. My waitress didn't ask us what do we want for drink and she just give us water, we order dim sum i ask for regular soy sauce, then she had attitude, every time we say thank you they just ignore us. I dont know what wrong we did to get bad services and that attitude. Another thing we can't except that they clean up the table in front of us not wait after we left, it make me feel disrespectful and uncomfortable. I won't write review unless it make me piss off or really bother me a lot. Maybe the owner doesn't care about my review but keep in mind if you guys want a bad service then come here.I told my friend Do Not Tip them because they not deserve for any tip at all. He feels bad still give them 10%.

The food was amazing. But our host, was just so full of life and enthusiasm. You come for the food but the service brings it to a whole new level.

I truly appreciate the quality of the food here and have recommended it to many friends. However, the lack of friendliness from the young man at the host stand is something I cannot overlook. A great restaurant is defined not only by its flavors, but also by the way it welcomes its guests.
One of the most baffling and unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant—if you can even call it that. We walked in to politely ask about reservations. The place was completely empty—not a single table occupied—yet we were told the entire restaurant was full. Fine, if that’s their policy, we can respect that.
But the real problem? The absolute rudeness. No greeting, no smile, no explanation—just curt, dismissive responses and body language that made it crystal clear they couldn’t care less whether we were there. The staff seemed either completely untrained or just don’t care about basic hospitality. It takes zero effort to be polite, especially in a service business, and they failed miserably.
If this is how they treat potential customers before they’ve even sat down, I can’t imagine the level of service (or lack thereof) once you’re actually dining. Save yourself the time and money—there are far better places nearby that understand what customer service means.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff was clearly untrained, they gave away our reservation, then made us wait over an hour while my elderly parents, who were struggling to stand, were offered no seating. The dinner itself was shockingly poor for the price, both in quality and value. In a city with so many outstanding dining options, there’s no excuse for this level of service and food. Unless they make drastic improvements, I can’t see how this place can truly respect or retain its customers.

We came here to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday lunch, and it was such a treat! Since moving from Houston to Austin, I hadn’t found a Chinese restaurant that impressed me—until now. Even as a vegetarian with limited options, everything I tried here was fantastic!
The eggplant dish was the family favorite, but the green peas with garlic and the veggie fried rice were also absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
Pro tip: Make a reservation in advance—this place is very popular, and for good reason!
Bonus points for the super clean, modern restrooms with bidets—so fancy and appreciated! The overall vibe of the restaurant is welcoming and stylish, making the whole experience even better.
Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!
Cheers 🥂

My family and I had the BEST time here for a birthday dinner! Digby was our server and he was great, not only with the service but his food recommendations were TOP TIER! We got so much food and shared it family style! This is such a fun restaurant with amazing cocktails as well! The lemon soufflé was the BEST dessert (sadly we heard it was going to be taken off the menu soon which is a big mistake!) But for real I cannot reiterate how amazing Digby was!

Kiki is the best server I’ve ever had! She was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. While the food was just okay, but I’ll definitely be coming back because of Kiki’s outstanding service.
