Lindas rolling cafe is a perfect breakfast spot for anyone who loves a home cooked breakfast made by a cook who cares and is LOCAL! Always consistent and reliable. My wife and I come here regularly on the weekend for breakfast/ lunch and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious , fresh and tasty. Linda is always lovely to talk with and always has the food ready in a timely manner. For the amount of food, quality and taste you receive for the price you pay this is the best place around for a FOOD TRUCK breakfast/lunch. It’s comical to read some of the reviews that put 1 star. If you want your $50 special breakfast go into Austin I’m sure you can get a cup of coffee and bowl of organic oatmeal there.

Thank you Linda for your food services. Dripping springs residents are blessed to have you here in town!

I stopped by after a hike and ordered a taco, which was really tasty and super flavorful! Someone I was with ordered the pancakes and was raving about them, too! Linda was friendly and got us our food quickly. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area! If you’re looking for a solid breakfast option, look no further, Linda’s has very tasty options!

Linda's Rollin Cafe is my favorite place for breakfast. Everything here is delicious. I love her omelettes and breakfast potatoes. Today I had a quesadilla which was also great. It was large and the edges were crisp. She takes the time to do it right. The tortillas from the breakfast tacos are perfectly grilled. The Fetch trailer park is a pleasant place to hang out and eat.

Parking: Plenty of parking.

The food is absolutely what I was craving when I had the pleasure of trying Linda’s Rolling Cafe. The owner was polite, kind and I was impressed at the customer service even when it was a busy day showing her efficiency and expertise in the industry.

The menu offers a delicious variety of options, each prepared with care and fresh, high-quality ingredients that you can taste in every bite. The portions are quite generous and the cost was very reasonable!

Linda’s Rolling Cafe has become my new favorite food truck and I look forward to visiting again.

If you're looking for amazing food on the go with big portions and great customer service, look no further. My husband and I highly recommend it—5 stars!

My husband and I were passing by and decided to give Linda’s Rolling Café a shot based on the high ratings… and we were underwhelmed. My husband ordered tacos which was given to us with literal frozen salsa… the owner, in response to my husband, claims it was made fresh the prior day, however, I can vouch that I saw that it was frozen and even tried to tease through it with a plastic fork with much difficulty. The coffee was less than satisfactory, there was no milk or milk alternative option (not a deal breaker but not ideal)… only packaged half and halfs. If one chooses to have coffee on the menu, it would be optimal to have some more options regarding what can be mixed into it. I ordered pancakes with strawberries and eggs. The pancakes were okay enough but the strawberry didn’t look appealing and the eggs had a strange odor/flavor to them - I appreciate the care in making sure they’re cooked well because I’m pregnant but the taste was not up to par. I make eggs at home daily and not once have I gotten that off putting odor/flavor/texture. We were asked if we wanted water to drink, I assumed it would be tap water which is why I said water would be great… I wasn’t warned that we’d be paying for a water bottle else I would’ve stuck with the bottle of water I already had in my hands which the owner saw that I had with me. It is good practice/probably a good idea to let your customers know that water is bottled (and therefore an added cost) prior to offering them water and then handing them a water bottle after everything had been paid for. Though the service was kind and caring (at first), the overall experience did not live up to/was far from a 4.9 rating - specifically the food quality. We will never be returning and don’t recommend this business to anyone. And especially after the response from the owner to my husband for his review (please reference Sushil Vundavalli’s post), we stick by what we feel and think even more firmly.

As patrons, sure we could’ve given you feedback in person but that said we are allowed to state our opinions honestly on platforms such as this without having to feel guilty or feel put down by anyone. You getting defensive and then attempting to shift focus/blame to my husband by stating that he was “having a bad day” and was therefore taking it out on your business is not indicative of good customer service nor being receptive to the customer experience. We have no reason to target your business. We genuinely wanted to try a new place and were saddened to have experienced what we did today. FYI, we had had a fantastic weekend/day as we were coming back from a beautiful staycation at Yurtopia close by who do deserve their 4.9 rating. Stopping by your truck and now reading your response to my husband (while not at all acknowledging or responding to my message to you), I’m not only disappointed in the quality of food but also the way in which you have chosen to interact with him/us.

Went here on a Monday morning because all of the positive reviews and I was disappointed by the quality of food. We ordered two chorizo tacos, pancakes with eggs. The eggs were overcooked and the chorizo had no flavor. The pancakes were good but were prepared using a pancake batter. None of the ingredients were fresh and the salsa for the tacos was frozen. I would skip this food truck.

Update: Linda I really hope you can take feedback constructively instead of being defensive. I was having a fabulous day and it’s really not fair to assume I was having a bad day. My wife and I were having a fantastic weekend, your food truck was the last stop of our trip and truthfully was the most disappointing part of our trip.
