Little Caesars Pizza

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I came here to this Little Caesars to order a most best and what they gave me seem to be like an ordinary pizza so I called them politely asked if they can remake my order that I had my receipt and I’d be glad to go over to pick it up. The manager, Jessica told me that I needed to bring the pizza back to them, which I feel and thought it was very odd and unsanitary for them to bring outside food from somebody else’s house into their kitchen. Like what if it was in my trash already and she still askes me to bring it in?

Anyway, So Jessica makes me drive over to bring them the pizza which she then takes and then tells me that they don’t do refunds in my situation. She was also laughing and smiling the whole time. so I basically got robbed from little cesars. Yes robbed! I paid for a wrong order which they took back essentially robbing me of my money and my food because at the end of the day, they took my payment and they took the food back and did not remake it. So i get nothing. That “manager” Jessica needs to get written up. This situation was totally unnecessary, especially for the fact that she inferred that I was wrong, stating bs, and didn’t even in the slightest try to make it right. She just laughed and grinned the whole time. I’m definitely going to go to corporate with this and I hope everybody can read this before they go to little Caesars on Riverside Austin.

The worst service I’ve ever tried. The lady at the front seems like they don’t have enough staff — I understand that, but it’s no excuse to treat customers like that. The worst service, 0/10 attitude, absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this service.

Their pizza toppings are generous and flavorful.

I went in literally 7 minutes to closing time and they made me a crazy bread order and they still had pizza available. Thank gahhhh

Even if you call ahead, your lunch hour is gone. The location may have a lot to do with the lack of enthusiasm. But the food was good. I can't complain about the product.

The only place in the world where I had to go outside to “cool down”. It’s summer in Austin Texas…. which has a temperature warmer than the surface of the sun.

Must save a fortune on AC costs and cooking costs. Pizza just cooking on the floor tiles
