Little Caesars Pizza

I just bought the best sausage pizza of my life. Not only was the food immaculate and great and hot. The guy at the register was super nice very informative about prices and the girl who also helped me Was super sweet and efficient and fast

Every time I try to avoid going to this place but I have to since this is the closest one when I'm here at riverside but a guy at the front desk espanic young with beard and earrings is so mean rude impolite and the way he manners with homeless he do the same with others but I thought him a lesson today , he will never scream at customers again , their machine is jammed and they need to fix that too , he is the face of the store he needs to be nice and should know what does customer service means

The person in charge at the reception, someone with black hair, with a mustache and brown skin, does not meet the requirements to serve the client, at first I spoke to him in Spanish and it seems that that bothered him, his attitude was terrible and arrogant. He told me that the waiting time would be 30 minutes and really after 6 minutes, someone else gave me the order who was kind. I don't recommend this guy in front of the reception

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Placed an online order through their website, ordering pizza cheese bread, AND THREE GARLIC DIPPING DAUCES. After we got back home we realized they never gave us our garlic dipping sauces. We called to inform them and they said for us to come back to grab it if we wanted them. We didn’t want to drive another 15 minutes during traffic so we requested it to be refunded. They said no and essentially said it was our fault for not double checking and for not asking for the sauces. We responded saying that if they saw the order come through then they should have completed our entire order…like any restaurant does. The workers were extremely unprofessional and rude. Issue didn’t get resolved and part of our order was missing.

Great that I can walk in and they had 5 hot and ready’s for an event that I was hosting at work! 30 something bucks for 5 pizzas?? Like… can’t beat that

Food needs SERIOUS work the cut on my most recent pizza (time of posting ) was butchered, and the taste is lacking.

The service is great, staff is friendly and considerate.However, if you have a gift card they just don't take them because their card reader doesn't. So that's cool.Also, if you order on their app, apparently it's possible that someone else can type in your code and take your pizza. What a joke. Corporate Little Caesars sucks. Doesn't let you use gift cards on the app too

I called to order ahead of my lunch time. I am a teacher and we only have 25 minute lunch. The guy who answered took my order than placed me on hold. I remained on hold my entire drive over to LC and then when I arrived the girl running the cashier drawer told me they had me still on hold and with an attitude she told me sorry it will be 15 minutes. That was my entire lunch break. Thank you LC on Riverside!
