Little Caesars Pizza

Today I went to pick up a Dordash order around 4:50 in the afternoon and the customer service guy never delivered the order. I waited for the customer's order for more than 30 minutes and I'm sure it was the order that the guy who packs the pizzas gave to a woman with a child who were waiting in the lobby and who didn't even check the order to take it away. It bothered me that they made me waste my work time.

The person working did not speak English we had to order through the app in order to get assistance. People were waiting in the lobby. They wouldn’t help if you didn’t speak Spanish when we got our pizza from the portal we did not get our crazy sauce that I paid for and could not replace it because no one was there in the front and they didn’t don’t waste your time

I ordered from here and it took ages just to be delivered. Poor DoorDash driver was sitting at the store for more than 25 mins after the order was confirmed for pick up.

I have never eaten anything so dam greasy in my life. It was so bad that my stomach is paying the consequences and I developed a really bad migraine shortly after along with my family after eating from here.

There’s a reason why their pizza was so cheap. Never doing that to my body again.

Ordered Pepperoni Puffs and Large Hulu Hawaiian pizza to be delivered. Pizza had a horrible flavor, not worthy of eating but puffs were delicious. Called and brought to manager's attention, the only option they gave was to remake the Hulu Hawaiian pizza instead of a lower price pizza like pepperoni for same price paid. The pizza was so bad I had to throw it away.

We ordered a simple cheese pizza and not only did it take a long time to be made, the cheese was burnt and the crust was extremely stale/dry. Worst Little Caesars I've been to, ngl.

They are understaffed and have to put up with a lot of disgruntled customers because management has them in an unsafe position

Terrible service, they lasted 1 hour and 35 minutes to be able to deliver 2 pizzas, they need to hire more people and if they don't last it is because they need to increase their salary.

I called 13 times and got no answer, when i received my order the pizzas were very flimsy/wobbly and they were both not cut up.

Pizza is okay but everytime i order something from there whether its sauces or drinks it doesnt come and for those prices its not right we obviously pay for quality

Terrible service, hire more staff, make you wait more than an hour for a pizza. They do not have an order in their orders.
