The cashier had a gun and was very rude. When he asked cash or card we told him cash and he yelled the f word. It was very hot in the place. We waited a whole hour for one pizza. There was a table with lots of pizzas just sitting there and when we asked for our order it had been there that whole time. If you’re looking for a hot and ready than go to a different location. I can assure you that the pizzas there are not hot nor ready.

Usually always order from this place, and never have to wait that long. Tonight, they seemed to be backed up on orders and there were only 2 girls working before the drivers finally came back. Had quite the crowd in store waiting to pick up their orders. I waited roughly an hour, which was fine. Honestly, it’s food service, I completely get it. No need to cry about it like the guy beside me. Maybe pick up an application and help them- idk. Still love this place and the food was hot (:

Literally the longest wait for mediocre pizza ever. Idk how to progress tracker works on their end, but don’t say the pizza is in the oven when it’s not. The wait estimate is a lie. It takes an hour just to get a pizza. Definitely could have made one from scratch faster than that.
DO NOT ORDER HERE. I placed an order at 530pm, it is now 7:15pm and it is still not ready. The “manager” Eugene was extremely unprofessional with his staff in front of a lobby full of customers. He decided to step away from orders to argue with another employee. I feel so bad for the employees who have to deal with him.

The worker said it wouldn't take long to make but ended up being an hour because one they didn't call my name, they would look at me and not tell me my food is ready and 3 they were complaining on why I needed the food. And they were not using gloves to make the food.
