Don’t go here if you plan to use a Little Caesars gift card, first no one will know what to do when the card reader doesn’t pick up the card magnet, then they’ll blame you for the card having no funds even though it’s confirmed to have funds, then to make sure you really have a bad experience, they’ll double charge your debit card 👌🏼

I'm very disappointed. They always gave me the pizza as ordered. Today, December 2nd, I ordered two pizzas without sauce. But for some reason, the seller decided to add pepperoni himself, and my children were left without pizza.

We do a homeless outreach at washatopia up the street and came in here to order a bunch of pizzas for our friends. Daniel was so kind and efficient! The pizzas were made with care and they enjoyed every last piece.

Wrong items given! I had my food delivered. When it got to me, I looked and the incorrect sauces were given. I gave grace, maybe someone truly made a mistake. So I called and spoke to someone about getting a refund. I told the employee I only received 1 out of 3 sauces I ordered. I asked can you refund me over the phone or do I need to come in person. He said we can't give refunds for a singular item and that I could come in and get a free soda or the right sauces. I don't drink soda and it wasn't a singular item it was multiple. It's more work for me to drive there for a free soda/sauces when getting my money back is more motivating.. no matter the amount. It's the principle. Had it been the wrong pizza and I brought it back and changed my mind about getting food altogether would you have told me I couldn't get a refund because it's a singular item too.

Came in late after a choir concert to get dinner. Waited a few minutes to make an order then waited 20 to get our food. Understandable because it was a friday night. Good music selection for making the food in the back

Would have give all 5s but the guy tried to double charge and when I told him I already paid he told me I was lying. He had to go in the back to confirm with the guy making my order.
I get there and I put my code in for the pizza portal and it's not there so I'm thinking they havent put it in the portal yet or they forgot. The manager was wrapping up a big order for the people before me and what Im thinking happened is he accidentally gave them my order too because they must have forgotten to put it in the portal. Im waiting for 3 minutes for him to help me I tell him Im here to pick up my order and give him my name. He cant find it and then is like oh it looks like someone already took it out of the portal thats when I explain it was empty when I put my portal number in and then he proceeds to argue with me instead of simply saying they can remake it for me. I had to ask him to remake it because he didnt seem like he wanted to he thought I had already picked it up and was trying to get free food. He was assuming Im a thief. Overall his customer service skills are lacking he didn't have to be a hot head over this. I'm probably never going back now.
