The Kolaches are very good and moderately priced. The staff was very kind and helpful. One concern as a first-time customer is that I didn't see prices on the inventory.

They don't listen to what you order. I asked for plain sausage añd ended up with cheese and sausage. I'm lactose intolerant and I am very disappointed ☹️

Always hits the spot when you're looking for a quick convenient breakfast or lunch, their bread is delicious and my favorite is the ham and egg breakfast kolache. Great service and all around a great find !

This was my first time and the last time trying out this establishment I believe his name is STEVE. He was absolutely the most RUDEST person EVER!It started as soon as I walked inside. Nobody was in front of me and he did not acknowledge me after standing in front of me for at least a minute. I said hello, and he still didn't say anything. After I got his attention, he finally decided to help me but with a huge attitude. He messed up my order after I checked the bag, went back in to correct it. Still with an attitude. I went in the third time because by this time I wanted to know his name so I can let a manger know my experience. He did not give me his name after I asked the second time. That was enough to return my items and get a refund, which he insists there's no refunds and told me to leave. I did not until he finally gave me my money back as refuse to pay for horrible service.I definitely will be contacting corporate. His behavior was very unprofessional and rudeI'm new to Austin and I will tell anyone to NEVER go to this place that treats customers this way.

The kolaches were ok but by far my grand mother were better I come from a czechia descent
Worst customer service!!!!! Spoke in spanish about me and I AM spanish!! Totally were stupid enough to think I couldn’t understand them. I would NEVER go back and I am writing to corporate as soon as I hit post!

I just had the most rude accommodation at this place from doing a Favor. I got in the store and the old grumpy man at the cashier gave me a look already. When it was my turn and I said that it was for Favor, he immediately burst out saying you guys from Favor keep coming here and asking for the same item that is not available. During check out he had to make sure he let others customer know that it’ll take a while since he’s doing my order which I think takes time coz he had to manually enter the credit card info. I already had a bad experience my first time going there. I almost did not do that favor remembering that time but I did it anyway and I am very regretful just to be treated like that by a man who thinks so highly of himself and looks down on people who does this delivery service. Never again! And if you are reading this old grumpy man, Someone is watching and you will get what you deserved one day.

Gross and rude. I arrived five minutes early today (6/7/23) and parked outside watching the male employee handle the food with his bare hands. I watched him pick off hair/debris from one of the kolaches and place it on the tray for sale. I have seen this male employee treat both customers and other employees rudely. One time he gave a female firefighter a hard time because he got the order wrong, which was his fault, not the firefighter. He does not smile, does not greet customers, and other employees at this place refuse to work with him, yet he is still there.
