Oh..the customer service was horrible. I waited at the window for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. After she took my money for 8 pieces of fish, fries, and Cole slaw I waited another 11 minutes to receive my food. She didn't ask me to pull forward or apologize for the wait. Nothing. The conversation inside the restaurant between the workers was very animated. I just can't go back to this location.

I asked them for fresh fish and shrimp, and they said yes always fresh we are just dropping in , well guess what I got cold fish and cold tuff shrimp. But when I go there it's always the same. I ask for fresh and I get cold food that has been sitting around I don't know how many hours. Not going there anymore.

Just ate at this location on William Cannon , the service and food were great !! Hot , fresh & delicious !! ( We purchased fish , chicken , fries , onion rings , clams , shrimp & of course hush puppies . ) ?

Q: Hit or Miss? A: Miss Frying fish takes time because of the batter that coats the fish. Undercooked batter or raw batter meant the fish was raw, unlike some fish that can be eaten as sushi, Cod and Pollock are neither and can make you sick if eaten raw. I spoke to the manager and he offered to replace the two undercooked battered fried fish, I can say if he had any other concern.

I ordered a 2 piece meal at the drive thru. The order taker's voice was clear and very friendly! The young woman at window was also friendly, the order was ready pretty quickly AND the order was correct. Thanks yall :)

The fish and shrimp platter was really good. The staff was friendly. Now the building really needs some attention. It smells strange in their dinning area similar to a septic smell. The floors were so slippery, although they were dry, I was concerned about slipping and falling.
