Los Chilakillers ️🌶️

As a first-time guest at Los Chilakillers, I was blown away by the incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was bursting with authentic flavors, and the service was nothing short of spectacular. I have to give a special shoutout to our server, Sergio, who truly made the evening unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He took the time to explain menu items, offered fantastic recommendations (Salsa Poblana, which we LOVED), and made us feel genuinely welcome. The combination of exceptional service and delicious food has made me an instant fan of this place. I can’t wait to come back and bring more friends to experience this gem. Highly recommended!

Los Chilakillers is not for the faint of heart. You will leave extremely satisfied and stuffed to the brim. This is probably the biggest explosion of flavor you can get in the Austin area. I have been 5 or 6 times now and absolutely love it. This is definitely in the top 5 food experiences I've ever had in my life flavor wise. Atmosphere isn't this places specialty, it's the food. My friend from New Mexico now makes the trek to Austin from time to time just to take Chilakillerz back to his home. My wife and I generally share a base plate with a few add-ons because it's so much food. The only downside is the hour long wait on weekends. I would highly recommend calling ahead of time to hold your place in line. My wife speaks Spanish so your milage may vary. Chef Mina absolutely crushes it here and she has built something truly unique. What an incredible restaurant.

Best place to get authentic chilaquiles 😋😋

The food was ok, no complaining about that, on the other hand the server who was a family in her 20s, thin, was extremely rude, she was almost throwing the plates at us, bad attitude, that’s the main reason I’m definitely not coming back.
Other than that, chef Mina was really friendly and again, food was ok, meat kinda cold, other than that, everything was great.

Excellent food and service!! Definitely the best chilaquiles in Texas. My go to place for a filling and delicious Mexican breakfast. Love love this place!

Terrible service, 45 minute wait that in the end turned into 1 hour and a half more than what they had already told us

Chilaquiles lovers? This is your ideal place, Variety of sauces, spicy and not spicy 🙂, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the music 🎵 very good ☺️, the best of all is the quality with which they serve you (Sergio is the best) the flavor is incredible, super well served and the price is totally worth it.
If you don't eat much, you can share the plate with someone else because they bring enough.
They have fresh water, 😋 and if you don't like chilaquiles there are many more options that are just as delicious.

The green chilaquiles are one of the most delicious I have ever tried, the bolillo is a delight; I had to order another 2 because 1 was not enough. The miche deli. In general 10 out of 10. Only the waiting time is long but it is understandable.

I’ll be surprised if you’re able to finish the plate! The food is delicious and you’ll probably need a to-go box. It’s a bit small inside, but once you’re seated, it’s a cozy. 10/10 all around!
