I'm a local in the area and a native from Puerto Rico. I noticed they had a tripleta on their menu and wanted to try it. Overall, the taste and quality of food is absolutely great. I would have liked to see more tomato, onion, swiss cheese and papitas in the sandwich. Adding more mayo-kechu could really bring out the flavor of the sandwich. I would suggest also using pan sobao (Italian bread) if available. Stacking the three meats (pork butt, bistec, ham) instead of mixing...

Literally the best quesabirria tacos I’ve had in Austin hands down!!! And I have tried many lol. I love coming here because the owners are nice and have quick service. It’s also a great location to just chill out and vibe with friends. 10/10 recommend!!!

Parking: Many spaces to park here since it’s a huge food truck lot
