We had a reservation for 7:45, it took about 20 minutes to get the table ready which wasnt a big deal for us. They gave some free pork belly ribs and a rice cake pasta type dish for the extta wait. All the food was incredible.

The food was pretty good, and our server was nice, but the lady with the short dark hair was super snippy with us and trying to rush us out. She kept looking at her watch saying she was ‘trying to get out of here’. Don’t allow for a party of 8 to make a reservation at 1:45 if you’re going to rush us out…

The place is a beautiful classically urban Texan spot with space and wood and good art. For the food, I found the kimchi different in a good way, a little more sour than fishy and as a result quite pungent even with white rice.

The tteokbokki was solid, a mellow taste where the rice cakes were really nice. The rice cakes were not too chewy but not too hard, great texture here, they were beaten well.

The kimchi jjigae was big and solid, a classic...
