Was unimpressed by the service and recovery. After waiting about 40 minutes for one pizza we ordered, we asked a staff member if he could check on our food since we had somewhere to be. He apologized profusely but then proceeded to share it had just barely been 40 minutes and gf crust takes longer to cook, he said we were next up. Then he returned with boxes about 5 minutes later and when I asked for an eta, he said it was still the next pizza up to be delivered with no time estimate. He asked us if we closed the check and did not offer anything to rectify the situation when we said we had. All time considered by the time the pizza was delivered it was a full hour from ordering If the pizza generally takes that long to cook, that should be something listed on the menu, and if it doesn't something should be done to acknowledge the inconvenience. Unfortunately we didn't get to taste it, because it sat in our car during the event so I can't speak to it's quality.

For the price you pay at this place there should be table service. Why would you have your customers stand in line rather than sitting at a table enjoying their company? I spent nearly $150 for my half of the dinner (there were 4 of us) and had to chase down my drinks (3x) and go up to the bar to ask for pepper when the busboy said he couldn't get it. Plus we waited in line for nearly 10min to place our order. This isn't some cheap pizza joint where counter service is acceptable. At least have it set up to where you can place your order from the table via an app. I love the food here and want to come back but I'd rather go somewhere that I can sit down and relax and see my tip go to an actual server and not an order taker at the bar.

Excellence across the board. Great fresh salad, crispy tasty wings with great flavor. Pizza was solid, great crust, flavorful toppings, good red sauce. Service was really good.

Love Supreme is the best pizza in Austin. Delicious toppings, amazing crust and a unique variety of salads and sides keep us coming back for more. Great craft beer, wine and full bar available. Highly recommend.

This was the best gluten free pizza and wings I’ve ever had. It was a great vibe and everyone loved their food. I wouldn’t sleep on this place especially if you are gluten free!!!!
The service is A+ and Maggie is the bomb. She literally waited for the whole restaurant and had a smile on her face. The Environment is a Vibe itself. I'm a music lover and the music is very soothing and family appropriate. I would come here with family, friends, and co-workers to meet up. The staff front the front counter to the dough flipper all were busy and in their own zone and were also doing their job. Teamwork makes The Dream Works.

Overall it’s a mediocre restaurant at best. Staff is awesome but food and service style fall short. This is after my 3rd visit to love supreme pizza. The quality of the food does not align with the prices. I do not think this establishment as a whole is worth one’s time. I’ve had one decent food experience, which was when I ordered the plain cheese pizza to go.
This is a pizza place and the pizza misses the mark. Both quality and price were an issue for me. I have no issue paying for quality food but that’s not what I got.
During my last visit I got the “special” market salad with acorn squash. Squash was left skin on and undercooked. While the skin is edible it needs to be cooked through. Salad size was ok, flavor profile was flat, roasted cabbage was a good idea it was just a little greasy. The second issue was our veggie pizza, not a bad concept but the spice level and quantity of peperonata made the pizza inedible. I will say the mozzarella bites were good.
This is very on par for past experiences. If you’re going to charge $15 for a Ceasar make it a Ceasar worth $15.
I will say that the FOH staff is awesome and very attentive. The manager I spoke with during my last visit was receptive, polite, and understanding of the issue.
