From my experience working with this company. I highly would not recommend it. Lsg is not organized well and they treat employees really poorly. There is a lot of overtime because they keep firing or suspending good employees over the smallest things. I’ve watched management talked to certain employees extremely disrespectful and harassed them each and every day. If you go to another manager about it or HR forget it they will retaliate against to make sure you’re eventually fired. They refuse to promote people in positions that’s actually qualified for it and will give it to those who barely know the work or don’t have the experience so according to management “to pay them less”. I’ve seen employees either get fired or quit because management and other staff team up and will discriminate against them. Management sleeps around with a lot of the employees or other managers including HR. People are clocking in late and not getting penalized because they have the managers Id badge or they will secretly change the times for them. I’m glad I was able to quit and walk away from this company and encourage others to do the same. If you can find something else please do because it’s not worth the stress at all.

I recently went with the ladies in the office because I wanted to go to work, they rejected me without speaking to the human resources person who is the one who hires, terrible service, they have done the same thing with several people

I worked there for 4 years, and I really liked it. Unfortunately, my knee gave out after standing in one place for an extended period of time cutting fruit and vegetables. I didn’t realize why my knee swelled up until it happened again at my next job, which was washing dishes, again standing immobile for an extended period of time. Retired now.

I tried getting to work here but I couldn't find the location and nobody helped me. So I went home. It's very hard to find, they should definitely hire a front desk direction desk or put up a map and ad some side walks for people who don't have cars to get to these places. The south has a lack of respect for walkers that the northern states have plenty off. Theh literally have sidewalks to nowhere and anywhere.
