So I’m a regular to come eat at Luby’s . I always get the kid’s meal ( chicken tenders ) through drive thru . Well after placing my order, I did request ketchup, butter and hot sauce , she replied ok drive to the window . did not get her name (did not have a name tag by the way ) she was a little rude I felt ( but I ignored it , thought to myself she might be having a bad day ) I approach the window I said HI did not get a response back . ( RUDE) .She gave me my total . She charged me , she came back and gave me my receipt and debit card, I thanked her ( no respond ( REALLY RUDE ) . I get to my office and NO KETCHUP/ HOT SAUCE only the butter . REALLY !?!? 😡😡
Ma’am if you don’t like your freaking JOB. Look for another one .. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . I will rethink on coming back here ..

I had a great experience at Luby’s, the food was fresh, hot and flavorful. The service was quick and efficient which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. I’m very satisfied, and I will definitely be back!
So I had Luby’s takeout today Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and Mac and cheese. It was bad, the chicken fried steak crust was so hard I don’t know if it was old or over cooked. I’m thinking over cooked because the meat was rubbery and chewy!! The Mac and cheese should just be called Mac because there is no cheese and it’s really flavorless! I don’t expect anything to come out of this review because nobody seems to care. I’ll let you know if they prove me wrong or not.

I'm not sure I have done a Lubys before. But I have a history with the NW Texas take on it, Furrs. This place is grand. My friend Brandi, whose dad ran Lubys for many years was a great companion for this visit. Walked in, we both had to take a moment and take the the vast spectacle of a 30 foot line of delicious looking foods. The long and short of it. It was really solid, really good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
