Everytime I come to this location, Lilian the cashier is always rude to black people. But extra nice to hispanic people right behind me and in front of me. That’s her fourth time doing that to me and my family and will definitely be her last time being rude and racist. I will call my order in from now on. The food definitely needs more seasoning. I take my food to go to add seasoning.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for this location. Two things were terribly wrong. First, and this would be so easy to correct, they put the cafeteria trays out still wet from the washer. Dripping wet. Very gross. And the beans I ordered were spoiled or contaminated. They had a pungent bitterness. The helpful server replaced them with something else, but there's obviously no quality control at this location. Hopefully they'll hire a manager who is paying attention and this can be a great place to eat.

Clean restaurant, great choices from Chicken, Beef, Pork, and Fish. Sides were delicious, and not too salty. I guess I'm getting old because I liked it alot. It's like a controlled Golden Coral so you don't eat too much. :)

Wonderful food and Service.Food need to be Hotter stay hot.
My wife and I decided to stop by on the way to an appointment. We have always enjoyed going to Luby's and haven't been in quite a long time. Luby's did not disappoint. It was everything I remembered and then some. It was clean, and the service was great! I got the fried fish and it was exactly how it should be. I tip my hat to the manager, whoever you are, you're doing a great job!

Went and had lunch today 7-21-2025 at Luby’s on Slaughter Lane while we were in line getting our food and a roach literally came out and was there by the food and a worker ran over there where we were standing and grabbed it and smashed it in front of us and had it in his hand and walked off with it It was disgusting we we were going to leave but the cashier said we had to pay for our food so we paid for our lunch and we lost our appetite and left that was so disgusting never again will we ever go there ! I dont even think the worker washed his hands Nasty Nasty Nasty
