My wife and I love to go eat at this restaurant on Slaughter Ln after work every once in a while. Today however, we saw a couple of things we did not like and may not eat here again.#1. We saw a few flies roaming around the food. Something we hadn't seen before. #2 there were only four of us in line and for sur three of us saw this. An older gentleman and a young man were trying to move a big piece of roast beef from a pan across to the serving line. They both used tongs to pick it up and move it. Another server told them they were gonna drop the meat an guess what they dropped the meat. What's amazing, is that they picked it up, put it back on the pan and my wife say that they put it back in a warmer type oven. I didnt see that because I was being tended to. My guess is. They were going to serve it. The lady who told they that they were going to drop the meat told us that there was no manager at that time. We ate and left. Not sure what happened to that big peace of meat

Been going to Lubys for years. Any body who said that they have bad food, must eat too many jalapenos or are long time smokers. Their taste buds are gone.Vegetarian options: Still a good place to eat
The food was great, hot and fresh, she had a all vegetable plate, I had the almondine fish and red potatoes and spinach, so good, we need to go back more often!

I am sorry. The food was disgusting and cold I had salmon and my husband had the liver and onions which was basically an oil patty. My kids had chicken tenders which were oily and mushy. It was just not it. Best this was the price I
