Ordered the Beyond Burger.. Beyond pathetic, not to mention the $21 ridiculous price. Complete crap, first and last time I’ll ever order from here. Don’t make the same mistake and waste your money here!

I ordered a hamburger and the Asian slaw for lunch today, which is listed on their menu price for $3.95 for the slaw. I got that because I didn't want fries. As you can see by the attached photo there was LESS than 1 cup of slaw in the container. Imagine the AUDACITY you have to have to charge anyone for a half a cup of cabbage with some vinaigrette on it. I will not be patronizing this restaurant again. There is no reason on earth why this should not have been free or came with the burger in the first place. Which by the way, was mid and tasted like any basic burger that would have come with an accompanying side for the price they are selling them at. Do better and stop taking advantage of your take out customers like this. I highly doubt that they would have gotten away with this if was in the restaurant and not using take out. Save your money and go someplace that isn't looking to take advantage of their customers like this.

Restaurant consistently fails to prepare the food as their menu indicates. Missing toppings, condiments (These are supposed to be "Special"), and preparation issues plague this restaurant. Sadly these were delivery and no way to get them to correct their errors.Attention to details is a very important but actually preparing food according to your menu should be basic.

I enjoyed this "burger speakeasy" inside ZEN. The concept is pure genius, and the execution is even better.I recently tried the Swagyu Cheeseburger, Chicken Katsu, sidewinder fries, and house-made Asian slaw, and the flavors blew me away. The Asian seasonings and sauces really take these dishes to the next level. The Swagyu burger was juicy and flavorful, and the chicken katsu was crispy and tender. The sidewinder fries were a fun twist on the classic, and the Asian slaw was the perfect refreshing accompaniment. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who clearly take pride in their work.Good stuff! Check it out.

Luck’s has be on my list for awhile now, glad I got to check it off. The burgers are juicy and fresh. Everything is delicious.Wagyu Burgers:Akuma Burger - 5/5Sides:Sidewinder Home Fries - 5/5I order a double akuma burger, and it was phenomenal. The patties were sooo juicy and flavorful. Super fresh and amazingly delicious. Sidewinder fries were really good too. Great seasoning and cooked perfectly.

If you know me, you know that I love all things wagyu. When I heard that there was a burger speakeasy from the culinary team at Lucky Robot operating inside their sister restaurant, Zen, I knew I had to come by!Luck's Wagyu Burger Shoppe is the only wagyu burger shop in town. They also sell wagyu katsu burgers which is a Japanese dish of fried chicken made with panko bread crumbs. In fact, that's one of the burgers I got.Their Wagyu Katsu burger comes with Asian slaw, ketchup, tomato, and Luck's sauce. Pretty cool way of having a wagyu burger! Nice crunchy outside with the juicy meaty inside. Goes well with the sauce. The second burger I got is their Tokyo BBQ. This one has mild cheddar, onion rings, pickles, bbq ketchup, tomato, and mustard. Tastes just as you'd expect: a combination of sweet, tangy flavors and chewy and crunchy textures. Fun to eat this one too!Not pictured: their French fries. They were out of this world! All in all, I had a good time here. If I had to leave with one critique, I'd say I wish my burger buns were more toasted as they felt pretty dense as I kept taking bites. Other than that, I had a great experience with Luck's. The prices were very affordable given its wagyu and come with a side of fries. I also liked their wall decor full of various Japanese pieces. I give them a 4/5!
Got the chicken sandwich earlier this week and it was very good. Went back today for a takeout order and they gave me a different bun, assuming store bought, and a chicken breast thin as a pancake. The sandwich a few days ago had a brioche style bun and a nice thick chicken breast. Not going back.
We ordered two burgers and both patties were burnt and tasted too bitter to eat. The inside were still pink though

JD attended my phone call today and absolutely blew my mind educating me on Wagyu beef. His customer support is stellar and Adam is lucky to have a guy like him working in the restaurant. Definite recommend and I have not even EATEN THERE!!!
TLDR: pretty standard burger fare.Came here for a quick weekend lunch. Service and such were as to be expected, nothing remarkable, but everyone was polite and the food came out quickly. For the food, the burger itself was subpar. The meat was good, but was way to small for the bun and accoutrement. Either size up the patty, or size down everything else to balance out the burger. The fries are a bit different. they are long, thick twists. I didn't really notice any difference between them and regular steak fries, but they were good regardless of the novelty.Overall, the burger was so/so, and there are better options around Austin. 3/10
Great Burger. Both the normal wagyu and katsu wagyu are delicious. Not too expensive either!
Ordered from the website and it said pick up time was 15 min. Ended up waiting over an hour, inquired to multiple staff, and called them from the car. All for a dry burger and poor customer service.
