Our truck club showed up and we're thankful The Lucky Belly braved the elements and served up,some awesome Thai food. Each entree is enough to feed two people. Our truck club met here on a rainy Saturday and the entire food park was closed except for Lucky Belly. Thankful that they braved the weather and we all got the opportunity to try their excellent food. My husband and I ordered the drunken noodles, red curry rice balls, fried dumplings, and red curry fried rice. Everything was hot and fresh, made to order. Huge portions! Each entree could easily feed two people. We will definitely return and try the rest of the menu. Highly recommended!

Delicious! I had pad see ew. Wife had red curry. I liked the curry especially. My only wish was for more chicken in it, otherwise it was great. I recommend! Nice atmosphere too on a Saturday night with a performer in the food truck park.

Good truck food. My second visit. It was much better today. She was late opening the business today. 12:15 instead of 11 as posted.Today the food was worth the wait.

Hands down the best Thai food in central Texas. I've had it all and nothing compares! Wish she'd open a brick and mortar, they would killlll the competition (weak competition)... get the shrimp fried rice, extra spicy. Most flavor I've experienced!

I ordered the Pud Pud Basil which was ready in about 4 minutes flat. Dia was super friendly and helpful and the food is amazing! Go see her and she will hook you up.
If you want some of the best Thai food you've ever had, try the Lucky Belly food truck. Their pad thai is amazing. They have this dry red chili and garlic spice that is great. Two sisters operate this food truck, and they always seem to be smiling. Their food truck is currently parked in the Passing Time food park on 1431. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
I had the masaman curry and it was excellent! I'm very excited that there are more choices for food in the area.
