Young kid who took our order was very nice, however, there were some language barrier and made it hard to order and ask for specific stuff.. I always get excited when I see tripas on the menu.. I asked for it to be cooked extra crispy and they delivered! I was pretty happy about that because I have asked another food truck before and was done wrong and had to send it back and re-cooked.. also had a lengua taco and it was tender and delicious.. my bf opted for 2 breakfast tacos...
The Quesabirria tacos were SO AMAZING! I tried them after reading other reviews and they did NOT disappoint!!! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back to have them again and try other items! :)
Carnitas are tasty, includes salsa, cilantro and chopped onions, they are affordable but do not include tortillas you have to purchase them separately, they are fresh hand made at the moment however we waited almost 30 minutes for them to make them, I purchased 12 tortillas for 4 dollars overall for 1 pound or carnitas and the tortitas we paid 24 dollars.
