Food was amazing gizzards were the best ive ever had in my life staff was super nice and helpful over great experience had the 4 piece chicken the skin was crispy and delicious amazing flavor the mash potatoes were great highly recommend for your chicken fix

I had mixed feelings about my visit to Lucy’s. On the positive side, the fried pickles, fried chicken, and collard greens were absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was also very friendly and attentive, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the rest of the meal fell short. The macaroni and cheese and fried okra lacked flavor, which was disappointing compared to how great the other items were.
What really stood out, though, was the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant itself. The menus on the table were sticky and dirty, the chairs felt grimy when sliding into them, and the bathrooms were in extremely poor condition (toilets unclean, paper on the floor, etc.). This alone makes me hesitant to return, which is a shame considering how good some of the food was.
