I got a salad with shredded chicken and an unsweet tea and was charged $28. The chicken was dry and flavorless, and any of the food I have had here has been lack luster and underseasoned, not to mention the pricing is ridiculous.

They don't give silverware for to go Don't recommend cod plate soggy overpriced over seasoned badder and more bread than it is cod messes up order got sides wrong for 50$ for 2 ppl to eat do not recommend I felt as though chicken express for 20$ I woulda got more and better quality

Loved the relaxed backyard vibe and the friendly people. The fried chicken was fresh and crispy. I wanted to give five stars but the seasoning was off and chicken was absolutely dry. The fried fish was extremely oily.....almost to where if you squeeze the pieces, oil would run out. For the entire fish order, you get one tiny small dollop of tartar sauce which makes no sense. Lastly, we had a whole shell of fried batter with no fish inside! I'm not sure how the lightweight piece wouldn't ring a bell. I mentioned it to the server and that was it. The folks working were friendly but unfortunately that doesn't translate to customer service. We enjoy Lucy's so this will not deter us from another visit.

Food wasn’t the issue, but the service and lack of communication was. I ordered a special without knowing that it’s only applicable for dine-in. I paid cash and then asked; had I known would’ve dined in, but one guy said it’s too late the food is dropped and the other guy act like they couldn’t give me my money back or void the order. Food is good but likely won’t be back after that transaction.

They will tow you, even when you are a customer. Parked across the street, met a friend at her car. Came back to Lucy’s and my car was gone. $335 later. Do NOT support this place. Shut them down.
