I’ve been coming here for almost a year and the service has completely deteriorated. I don’t know if they have a new owner or something, but the bartenders they’ve hired recently are extremely rude. I was ignored 3 times. I’ll be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

Stopped in while we waited for our order @ VIA 313. It was Sunday, so we were the only 2 people there besides the chillest guy--a true shout out to him for welcoming us and truly keeping us company!
The bartender was mid. Maybe we caught her on a bad day, but she seemed unconventionally offended when we, a couple of tourists, pronounced the bar's name wrong. She *for sure* lost whatever 'props' from us when she quickly served us beer upon the request for their famous LuStEr lemonade..keep in mind, we were the only real customers in the building🤣
