The man with the big mustache and wearing the black baseball cap was so rude. Asked him a question, gave me attitude then proceeded to go over to his friends at the side of the bar and point and laugh at us. What kind of service is this? The people in the bar were actually great. Met and talked to great people, but the staff was the worst and so rude. I genuinely believe I did nothing to warrant that kind of behavior and as I read other reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence. This is just sad how you guys want to be perceived, especially to new people who have never been there trying to experience it for the first time. Staff = 1/10

Blonde bartender Courtney took our order of three people and looked me and my male friend in the eye and then took our order. I introduced my girlfriend and please get whatever she wants. She ignored my girlfriend after I introduced her and I told her to take my girlfriend's order. I ended up having to order my girlfriend's order. We got our drinks and went to our table to connect. My girlfriend expressed her feelings and I felt the need to give feedback to the bartender. I approached her in an adult way and non derogatory. Courtney had her opinion and I said we agreed to disagree and I had my opinion this is how it went. This is our first beverage of the evening. Courtney used her power to throw us out by not serving drinks. Be more professional and except when you are at fault, and if you're not at fault I'm not expressing that I am 100% right. Be able to listen in a professional manner and take the criticism even if I am wrong...... To abuse your power and cut us off was excessive.

I have been to bar's in every corner of Austin, and this is my favorite place to drink during the day. If the weather is nice, you can eat outside. If not, plenty of enclosed spaces. The food trucks do rotate and sometimes I'm sad to see them go, but they always seem to have at least 1 truck there that absolutely hits the spot for me.
Kid-friendliness: My one year old loves, and there is plenty for her to do here, and enough space for her to do it.

Trying out the food truck options I just wanted something simple and they overcomplicate the simple things...
Drinks, the water isn't bad, that's about as nice as I can be about it.
Parking, a total joke when it's busy but ayyyy every single place is like that so just suck it up and deal with it.
Atmosphere, it's people trying too hard. Even the OG spot wasn't that great so no surprise there.
Bathrooms, a total disaster, why don't you have more staff paying attention to them in high traffic times? Manage it better.
If you're outside you deal with crazy mosquitos after rain, in the summer it's way too hot, and the yard games are stale after the first go round.
It's a place you feel like you need to be trashed or trashy to appreciate.

Lustre is my FAV place to go. The staff is amazing. Krystle is funny & makes the best friends. & Campbell is the best bar back/karaoke king there is alive. He can really take out that trash.
