Moved away from Austin but this was my favorite place because of the atmosphere, the friendly people and the best coffee I have ever had.

The beet root vday drink was a treat. They have street parking. It’s all outdoors.

Lynny’s is great! We frequently stop by the truck and the brick and mortar location. The food is always delicious, and the staff are great!

Such a great, vibey spot on the east side. The good morning breakfast sandwich was delicious, definitely recommend adding the chipotles. The biscuits are unlike any I’ve ever had; will be thinking of them often! The rose oat milk late was perfect; not too sweet or floral.
There’s an adorable used bookstore right next door that’s also worth checking out.
What a wonderul gem! Their breakfast biscuit sandwiches are delicious and coffee drinks are nice and strong. What you didn't know is how welcoming the service is. Thank you, Lynny's!

All Day Biscuit was amazing. Savory, slightly sweet and buttery that just hit the spot. Simple but welcoming setting. Coffee great too. Will be back.

Easily the best biscuit I've Ever had, and the vibe was incredible - chill oldie tunes, art installation of a book shop, and delightful hosts.

i’m leaving this as i’ve been sitting here for an hour waiting for a sandwich. we came an hour before they closed and are honestly shook at how long its been taking them to serve the food. originally told it would take about 20 minutes for a sandwich which was okay with us, cute little area to sit. i understand it takes a minute to cook and prepare sandwiches but for no reason should it take over an hour. they are doing all of their closing work as multiple people are sitting here waiting for their food.
Not busy at all, but my order took 30+ minutes. When I finally bugged someone about it (because I had a flight), they told me it’d be another 15 and didn’t offer any help or options. Ended up leaving without the overpriced food I’d already paid for.
