when I asked for my order they told me it’s not ready waited another 15 ish minutes and turns out it was ready the whole time. Food is definitely good but for what you get kinda expensive.

Wanted to try this place so bad but the lady on the grill was so rude. As soon as we stepped in the door she said “order online”. She had no customer service at all. She could have told us she was backed up with orders or her system was down and we would have been understanding but to told to order online as soon as we step in the door with no reason to as why we should lorder online was ridiculous. Please please please get better customer service because as a first time customer I will never go back.

PLEASE DO NOT GO AND WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I ASKED THREE WORKERS FOR MY ORDER AND THEY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID, and after 40 minutes I asked for a refund because I was done waiting. They said they couldn’t give me a refund and then my food was magically ready…… then I realized that it had been done along time ago because when asked for my food before, I had seen those same bags. MY FOOD WAS COLD AND WHEN I GOT HOME I SAW THE PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR FOOD I GOT. Not only I couldn’t get a refund I got this junk. I wasted 45$ for this….. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

Ordered for delivery. Food was so poorly wrapped that it was nearly destroyed by opening it. All the cheese and toppings on my chili dog melted into the wrapper and the burger was a similar situation
Call it mad dog because you gotta be mad to pay 8$ for a single hot dog ? Not a fan of the chili. Buns were not toasted.

Came in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. Had the special Philly Cheese steak Dog with some fried and a Joe's Strawberry Lemonade. It was legitimately one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. Will definitely be back.

The only bad thing about this place is that I can only eat two double cheeseburgers at a time. Otherwise my heart would explode. Hands-down the best hamburger I’ve ever had better than shake shack better than In-N-Out. It’s better than just about any other place I’ve ever had. To the hotdogs, they are definitely the top three I’ve ever had.
If you’re in the Austin area, this is absolutely a place you need to try. I wish I was getting paid for this, but I’m not.
