I’ve always enjoyed Mad Greens salads but tonight I got the cob with bacon - it was not good. The bacon had a very rancid taste. Mad Greens to correct that.

Kenyon is the general manager. He runs the restaurant very smoothly, taking excellent care of every customer. Every order turns out correct. He is efficient and friendly. Really makes a big difference!

West Coast fresh. Reminds me of old school Mezzo (formerly Intermezzo) on Telegraph Av next to UC Berkeley, founded in 1983, long before Sweetgreens, et al, became chic. Ditto Pete's Coffee on Vine St, which inspired Howard Schulz to create Starbucks except Pete didn't sell out

DELICIOUS FOOD AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE! since it was my first time at this location, I wasn’t expecting to be WOWED!
everyone was so nice and amicable even though it was busy. super impressed with how everyone handled the lunch crowd! professional, quick, delicious and CLEAN! I feel like this kind of service is rare these days. will DEF be returning and recommending for future lunch dates.
