Wonderful food - the noodles I had were awesome, some of the best I can remember. Neat environment with Vietnamese statues and art - umbrellas hanging from the ceiling had a neat effect. Great service - the lady serving us was so patient and kind. Great experience.

I ordered a tom yum noodle soup from uber eat and it was by far the worst and the most disgusting soup I have ever had! The soup for sure was off with very strong spoiled smell not a standard tom yum smell or taste! The tofu was awful and the soup base had something rotten. Also I specified that I needed cutlery and it didn’t come at all! I am a Thai food lover and this was definitely not Thai at all!!! Disappointed and wasted my money! Terrible food service!

We drive from NW Austin to Madam Mam's on Anderson (even though there are closer Thai restaurants by us) because of their red curry and Pad See Ew. Being a vegan, I love how they can tailor my dietary needs to make a fabulous meal. You get a large meal for a reasonable price. Our to-go orders never disappoint either. Simply delicious!

Highly recommend
One of my absolute favorite Thai food in Austin Texas. The basil fried rice has a healthy dose of spiciness that got us hooked from day one.
Ps: I have no pictures because we consume the food every time before thoughs of pictures

Called in over the telephone to submit an order for carry-out. It seems like my order was deprioritized in favor of all the app delivery services. It took 42 minutes. They should prioritize the people who are actually going to eat the food and came in themselves to avoid the ridiculous delivery app fees.

Make sure to have some quick bites before going to the restaurant.
The service is insanely slow, like one server for the entire restaurant.

Heard that kids eat free here, so we went with our 2 boys. They have kids meal for free (fried rice with gyoza). We ordered 3 lunch sets. Curry and pad Thai were alright, though not very impressive. But the flat noodle soup was very disappointing. They seem not fully cooked and were hard/chewy and stick together.

Very disappointed with what ended up being our first and only visit. We had high hopes for this restaurant, but the experience ultimately fell short due to how a medical allergy was handled.

Upon arrival, I clearly informed the staff that I have an oyster sauce allergy and asked whether my Pad Kee Mao could be prepared without it. Despite our server’s genuine efforts to advocate on our behalf, management ultimately refused to accommodate the request.

I fully respect culinary tradition and the importance of authenticity. However, when a guest makes a modification request due to a legitimate medical concern, not preference, I believe empathy and flexibility should take priority.

I’ve been eating Thai food my entire life and have dined at over 50 Thai restaurants in the past six years. This is only the second time I’ve encountered a refusal to accommodate an allergy-related request, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.

I want to note that our server handled the situation with professionalism and care. Unfortunately, the lack of willingness from management overshadowed what could have been a positive first impression.

Fortunately, we found a great alternative at KHON Thai Kitchen Seeda, where the staff was fantastic and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Hopefully, management can take this feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve so the restaurant can continue to succeed.

My partner has a fish sauce and oyster sauce allergy and always orders drunken noodles, requesting that those two sauces be left out. We’ve done this successfully at many Thai restaurants.

At this restaurant, they refused to make drunken noodles without fish sauce and oyster sauce, even after we explained it was due to an allergy. While they did offer other menu items, those weren’t what we came in for, and it was disappointing that no accommodation could be made for a common allergy-related request.

The only reason this is a two-star review is because our server was incredibly sweet and genuinely tried her best to help us. She was kind, attentive, and clearly put in effort, even though the final decision wasn’t hers.

We left disappointed, especially since this has never been an issue for us at other Thai restaurants.

We always come here as it’s a familiar atmosphere. We’ve been coming here since 10 years ago and still enjoy the food.

This is definitely one of my top places to go to in Austin! The atmosphere is calm and no loud music and I can actually enjoy my dates with my husband! The food is absolutely incredible and it’s really what keeps me coming back!! The best pad Thai I’ve ever tried! (And I’ve tried a lot)😂 and the best yellow beef curry hands downnnnn!!!
