Bhai kadai mutton biryani is really good and it reminds me of chennai style biriyani.
Ambur style veg biryani is also good didn't expect it to taste as good as non veg biryani

Disappointed with the Ambur Vegetable Biryani
I ordered the Ambur vegetable biryani for takeaway today, and sadly, it didn’t meet expectations. The quality has noticeably declined. It was labeled as “vegetable biryani,” but apart from a few pieces of potato, there were no vegetables at all. Simply adding rice and potato doesn’t make it a true ambur veg biryani. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works on restoring the quality they were once known for. Overall, a disappointing experience

Last night, I took the kids out for dinner, and it was a terrible experience! The place reeked of bleach, the smell was overwhelming. The bathrooms didn’t even flush properly. The servers were clueless about the menu and actually asked if the dish we received was what we had ordered. To top it off, there was hair in the rice bowl, and no one bothered to apologize. I will *never* be coming back to this place.

The portion sizes are good here but I heard that management changed recently and the quality of the food has been declining. When we were trying to order there were many biryani dishes that were not available even though they were on the menu. Appetizers were good though.

Overall, I had a poor experience. This is the 3rd time I’m facing the issue. The issue is with the front desk person and I’m seeing her for the past 10months. Same reason provided. The thing is she commits a time and doesn’t deliver the to-go food on time. Every time I will leave it thinking it’s human error. I had to wait for 55mins to get 3 items where I was been committed that I will get it in 15mins. Madurai Mes have to learn to provide proper commitment and deliver towards it and not false commitments. So disappointing. I would be happy to talk to the owner or the manager regarding this.
Food was amazing one of its kind. I would have given 5 stars if the restaurant was maintained better. Bathroom was leaking from roof.

Very disappointed with the service. Looked like they were under staffed. there were hardly anyone and we had to wait for 15 min for a table. After we ordered, the lady comes after another 15 min to tell they don’t have what we ordered.

Unfortunately had to change my review based on today’s visit. The mysore masala was bland all the chatnis were bad and sambar was just water with no flavor.
Previous visit…. Mysore masala and Madurai masala was real good, railway tea brought memories from childhood railway journey’s. Next time will give the thali a try.

We went to lunch. Ordered thalappakatti biriyani and prawn but both are unsatisfied. Finally plan to end up with sweet glub jamon but horrible bad taste. And compliant to management no action paid bill.....and I determined that's my last visit to the hotel....I never go and recommend to anyone...
