Magnolia Cafe is one of those classic Austin spots that never disappoints. I tried the shredded beef omelette, and it was honestly the highlight of the meal. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, and the omelette was cooked perfectly.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and a great place to sit down and enjoy a slow breakfast. Service was friendly and quick, even when the place was busy.

Everything was fantastic! I hadn’t been here in years, But drove by tonight and decided to stop in for a takeout order. It was less than an hour before they closed, and everything was phenomenal. From the customer service as soon as I walked in, to the last bite once I was home ,I was happy. Shout out to the staff that was working tonight, All very friendly and didn’t seem the slightest bit perturbed that I came in for it to go order a little less than a before close. Not to mention, the food was still awesome. Good job guys 👏 🙏 -Alex P.s. oh, I almost forgot, I had the huevos Ranchos & the short stack with blueberry and strawberry/banana. 👌🤙 delicious

Went for lunch as a group and sat on the patio with an infant, service was rapid and they got our order in and food out quickly. There were other kids on the patio as well. The patio has a covering and wall coverings for when it’s windy or cold, plenty of plants as well which made for a really nice atmosphere.
Food was pretty generous portions and was very fresh. One of the people at our table got a salad with oil and balsamic and they brought two large bottles with pourers out the to table. Some people might like that but the bottles are kind of dingy and pretty large which makes pouring for yourself both a bit gross and difficult. Other than that the food was great.
Everyone had leftovers which they got to go, the coffee was refilled repeatedly which was really nice how attentive the server was.
Will definitely go again and look forward to it!

Whenever I come to Austin this is the first place I hit everything on the menu is exceptional The wait staff is great The prices are reasonable The only thing I would change is to have a less bigger breakfast crowd cuz it's hit and miss but if you have time to wait it's worth it.
It was fantastic! We got the Love Migas and the Shredded beef omelette. Super good. Great environment and great staff!
