Not sure if the cook was having an off night or what but was served the most bland Pad see ew I've ever had by a country mile and the seafood seemed to smell a bit off kilter... Would not recommend...

Not only was the food delicious, but one of the employees ran after my group to return my card when I accidentally left it at the restaurant! Exceptional service!

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but Mai Thai has it all. The food was exceptional, and the hospitality was above and beyond. I’ll be coming back here every time I come to Austin.

Food was amazing as always, and the staff was super friendly, especially the lady who helped me today, she was really sweet and made my day.

Fried rice with beef. Beef wasn't fully cooked and seasoned properly

Been here a few times with others and the Vibe of the space is off. Service was not my favorite. 2 star for that... The energy/fengshui isn't vibrant for Atmosphere nor service. Hope this improves! The food is ok. Not interested in returning. I chose this and, brought a group of 6. My suggestions bring business anywhere I go so, leaving this review for my memory timeline. May this inspire improvement all around!

The server did not remember some of our orders, and tried to avoid our table to serve. There were only 2 tables occupied with customers. She was not busy at all, but standing at the counter ignoring us, even though we were the only table left. I thought usually group gratitude is from the group of 6 people, but we were 5. She charged the group gratitude, but did not explain to us.

Mai Thai in Austin is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and the cozy, inviting atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. The food is bursting with authentic Thai flavors — every dish is perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The Kao Soi and Tom Yum are out of this world, and their dumplings and egg rolls are so fresh and flavorful. You can really tell everything is made with care and high-quality ingredients. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, Mai Thai never disappoints. Easily one of the best Thai restaurants in Austin!
