This has turned into one strange place! We had clients stay at the hotel near here. Came in to grab some drinks and play some pool. Went to the front desk to get more information. I stood there for 5 mins while people were there behind the counter. Talking and going about. Several people walked right up to the sides of the counter and got service immediately. Still standing there I asked if I could get some information on the pool tables. Guy says go to the bar and walks off. Confused ?. I ask the lady talking behind the counter. (Mind you there are about 6 people behind the main counter desk.) She goes the guy said for you to go to the bar. Still confused as to why we are going to the bar. We go to the bar. We then stand there for 15 mins. There are 3 bar tenders there. And very few people at the bar. We are a group of 9. So not like you can't see a large group of people there. Needless to say. The bartenders behind the bar were more interested in getting drinks from the other customers at the bar. Than helping us. They continued to drink several drinks while we were still standing there. All 3 bartenders walk by multiple times to grab things right in front of us. Without ever saying one word to us. Not even hello or be right with you. Went back to the front desk there to ask for a manager about getting some help. Now no one is to be found at the front desk. Several customers were standing there in front of the desk who had just walked in. We looked at each other and decided to just leave. Just go to Fast Eddy's they took great care of us over there. We spent over $800 there. Had a blast. Do not waste your time or money on this hang out for employees. The place is dirty, smells uncleaned, and service is HORRIBLE!

I have been there twice kind of recently. There customer service there is terrible. When i was bowling, it took a while for a server to come help us out but we didnt want to be rude. Second time i was there was a hour before they closed, they basically "advised" us it was a waste of time to get the all day activity pass since there about to close so we left unsatisfied

Food was not great, chicken tasted like it went through 4 processing plants, and it didn't have the escape room, climbing ropes or any of the other stuff we were looking forward to. (Yes I understand it depends on the location but i wished they mentioned that on their website). We went to the arcade which was very mid. The games weren't very entertaining and the VR headsets were clunky and glitchy.

I work for a non-profit organization that serves foster youth. We had donors that were able to buy our 11 kids a package that did not include the arcade. The kids really wanted to play the arcade and I spoke with Brett and explained the situation. Within minutes he handed me 11 cards for unlimited play for an hour! It's kindness like this which will bring us back to this location. Thanks so much for your kind heart Brett! You made a huge difference in these kids lives by putting smiles on all the kids faces yesterday!!

The rock climbing area is very nice, good place to climb with the kids. The bowling is good, the games are mostly overpriced and the food is surprisingly awful. Mostly we climb and go somewhere else close by for food.Vegetarian options: Very limited selection. The house salad is just "ok", little in the way of other veggies, mostly just shredded lettuce and croutons.

The front desk people were great they made us come twice!!We’re Out of town visitors and they really had their customer service skills down and their pricings are fair for a large family to have fun!Atmosphere was great and worthwhile .Recommend for a date . Friends or family !

I decided to have my daughter birthday party here and it turned out to be the worst party ever.... Let me start here we was rushed to eat and i didn't even get to sing happy birthday to my child in the party area i wasnt even able to set up the table for the party the Manger Armondo was very rude and disrespectful he come over said yall need to hurry up and move from this table so then when we tried to move to anther table Armondo said yall cant sit there its gone be a 2hour wait at this point im like what am paying for I couldn't get my game cards until I closed out my party so I went to pay for the party I was told my card didn't go thru but the money was pulled from my bank I showed them the statement that they took the money off the lady then said no it didn't go thru on there end so the money should go back in 2 or 3 business days i asked for a manger now I'm telling Armondo that money has already been took out my bank he laughed in my face thats on you and that i needed to call my bank so i called my bank and they siad the money went thru with out a problem so now im explaing that im paying dubble for a party I didn't even get everything that I paid for I paid for 12 kids to do laser tag and only four got to do it I asked could the other kids do something else since they wasn't able to do to laser tag Armondo then laughed and said no its my fault i didnt read the hight requirements before booking I told him I had knew kids would be left out I wouldn't booked It Armondo was constantly being rude and disrespectful I started feeling discriminated against because of the way he was acting towards everyone that was in my party group and the way he was talking to us.. so we finally moved from the table we rused to mover from because let them tell the party area was closed but not even 30mins later it was someone else sit there but nobody had a problem with that it was just me and my group I guess i wouldn't recommend no one to book a party here your better off just going and set up at a opened table because I paid for a party but had to set up and sing happy birthday at another table outside of the party sections I will never book another birthday party here I most likely will never ever take my kids back to this place by far the worst experience ever!!!!!!
