The papaya salad was absolutely perfect - bright, refreshing, and crisp. And those fish sauce caramel wings? Dangerously good. I told myself I’d just have one or two, then suddenly the whole box was gone and I was left debating whether to lick the container clean.

My sincere thanks to Chef Kris. The drive from Waco was 100% worth it, and I will most definitely be back someday! It’s probably a good thing that I don’t live close enough to eat here every day, or you’d have to start rolling me out the door like a bowing ball.

Not really crowded and little customers but took more than 40 min for the food to come out. Only ordered three items.

There is a growing number of food places to choose from in this food court, but u suggest you round the corner and visit Mam Mam Vietnamese food before you commit to anything.

First off, very friendly staff!!
Also, very smart menu, just a few high quality items to choose from, which is appreciated so I don't get lost in options :)

I am a sucker for pork belly over anything else so I opted for the pork belly vermicelli. And I added in an egg roll.

After a short wait, the food came out and it was delicious! 😋

Eggroll - really good size and stuffed to the brim!!! I think a couple of those could be a meal in itself. Very tasty, served with a dipping sauce (same or similar to what comes with vermicelli... sweet and tart at the same time and delicious.)

The pork belly did not disappoint!!!
It was first of all plentiful, and perfectly cooked with a light beating on the outside, and the meat itself was nice and tender, great combination of fat and meat, as a pork belly should be :)
It was served on a bed of noodles, carrots, peanuts, mint and with the vermicelli-sauce (i don't know what else to call it..... comes with most vermicelli so I sat vermicelli-sauce ;) )

Great cooking, friendly staff and a good-size serving and I'll definitely have it again. Or try something else...... 🤔

Their food is soooo good. Mam mam is my favorite Viet/Thai spot on the East Side. Food is fresh, meet is fall of the bone tender. The rice, so gooood! Recently had their spring rolls and their broken rice rib plate, soooo good. If you’re looking for something delicious, fresh and well balanced, come here! It’s sooo good. And there’s plenty of space to sit and people watch.

Ordered for pickup. I'd post a pic of the meal, but I disassociated after the first delicious bite. When I looked down, the carton was empty. But me? I was full. *I* was full...

Absolutely amazing food. Super flavorful and good sized portions. Only reason I had to knock off a star was due to their hours. They have a different closing time everyday and they’re only open Thursday through Sunday. Makes it kinda hard to go often.
