Best halal restaurant in Austin. The lamb Mandi is delicious.
The working hours on Google maps aren’t correct.
I recommend to extend the menu to include Yemeni breakfast.

As an owner you should not deceive people by advertising this as a set down restaurant. You should clearly indicate it’s only take away. The food was good but we had to eat our food in the pick up lobby because we drove 40 minutes to get to this place and we didn’t want to take it away other wise the food will get cold.

Ordered chicken Mandi, chicken was dry and the rice had no flavor. Skip this place if you are looking for

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience!!!
The presentation of my to-go order, served on a paper plate covered in plastic wrap, was lackluster to say the least .
The rice was bland and tasteless, lacking the flavorful characteristics I expect from Mandi. The chicken was overly cooked and lacked any noticeable Indian spices or flavors. The accompanying spicy salsa was the only redeeming factor, adding a bit of zest to the otherwise bland rice.
I'm unsure how this dish can be accurately categorized as Mandi, as it deviates significantly from the traditional preparation. Based on my experience, I would say this restaurant specializes in chicken rice, not Mandi.

Absolute scam ?
The plates do not match the picture. Much much smaller portion and the food is not as described. Definitely not worth the money or the wait. Scrapes of dry meat over day old rice that isn't as rich or smokey as promised. The lamb meat over cooked and portion is miss advertised. Extremely disappointing! Never have I had a meal that left me feeling more empty than I was prior eating it.

Yesterday, my family and I tried the mandi, and the food was super delicious—totally deserves five stars! We ordered meat mandi, sambusas, soup, and some appetizers, and they were all yummy. Today, I’m gonna order again and try some other dishes. Good luck, friends!

The food was very delicious, very nice costumer services. if you do a direct order you can let them know what do you really want with your food, even if there is something not on the menu they can make it just for you.
