One worker on a Saturday with a line of over 7 people is not good. The worker took his time in the back doing something and after 10min he was out taking 1 order at a time. Very slow here. Ice cream is decent but not worth the wait and price. I’ll try this place again some other time and see if it changes

Used to love this place as a kid. Coming back after all these years I never realized how dark and gloomy it was inside. Not very inviting. We waited almost 5 minutes before the employees came from the back to greet us.Half the ice creams we wanted needed restocking even though it was barely noon and nobody was in there. There was also crumbs all over the floor, and the trash can was sticky and disgusting. Ordered two small cups and had to return mine cause there was a hair in it. The girl who served me had a terrible attitude. I wanted a refund but they said they couldn't and just made me another one. Lost my appetite by then. Gross.

It's really good, this place reminds me of Cold Stone. There was only one person working so it was a bit of a line. Definitely want to go back.

Red velvet ice cream with M&Ms in a dark chocolate dipped waffle cone was so smooth and delicious. It wasn't all the way frozen so it was super runny but the other batch was way too hard to scoop so we compromised! Coffee and chocolate mixed ice cream with brownies, Heath, and Reese's peanut butter cup was chocolate heaven! I've been craving all things chocolate and it was the perfect mix of all things yummy. They have so many different ice cream and mix in choices that the possibilities are endless! There's no way you can't find a concoction perfect for you! They even have a hot chest ice cream!!! Well, it's sweet cream ice cream and then they add hot Cheetos all crumbled up and mixed in. The man behind the counter was nice enough to mix up a little cup and we all tried a sample. It was strange! But not disgusting? Lol but definitely still strange. If you're not in the mood for a cup/cone of ice cream they have shakes and other beverages available!

Ridiculous priced mediocre ice cream that melts to fast. 18.99 for two ice cream cones! Over powering smell of cleaner when you walk in as well. Atmosphere sucks

this place has gone down hill over the past few years. the customer service has gotten so bad. it's not worth the price you pay for the product anymore. was just there this weekend and it was obvious that the staff didn't like each other and we're arguing on who had to wait on the customers. so sad bc I love their ice cream. and they didn't have half the flavors this visit

The young man seemed to be manning the store all alone but he was doing an excellent job!! Sorry, I didn't get his name but our ice cream was delicious and served with a pleasant and professional attitude. The store was clean and he made sure to clean every table and chair as people left from sitting.
