A nice treat for my grandson today…We we’re standing and looking at the icecream at Marble Slab in Barton Creek Mall and this senior citizen steps up and says “I want that boy to have the icecream”. After saying Thank You, the man disappeared and when we went to pay, the clerk said “It was on him, he paid for it, he’s the owner.Such a nice gesture. Thank You, owner of Marble Slab. You are a sweet and humble man.

Went in 30 mins before closing, lights on, whole store was lit walked up to the shop and stood there, the employee smiled at me, thinking he was greeting me I smiled and nodded, stood there longer and looked over he's still smiling and I'm just like ok... Then he finally speaks and says we're closed and laughs like a jerk with a grim. Thanks for closing early....

Just dealt with the most rude employee with the funny mustache yelling at me after i asked if he was ok since after i had asked for toppings he'd have an attitude throwing the container and spoon the toppings came in he then gives me the ugliest look and throws my sons order on the counter with his Pinky in the top of the froyo. I told him i wouldn't pay for it or take it after he did that and then started telling me to not come back to his establishment so i tried back trust me I wouldn't! Then after a few words exchanged between the both i walked away and he called security but wouldn't give his name to make a proper complaint against him. I definitely will not ever come to this place

My husbands redvelvet milkshake was great and i usually get a raspberry smoothie but my smoothie was awful. It was just bitter applejuice with seeds. Very disappointing

The ice cream was amazing! Went there with my dad to go out a bit and he enjoyed it just as much. I tired the red velvet ice cream and tasted just like it. You just can't complain about this place. I would recommend going here next time you go to the Barton creek mall.

I've been to 3 diferent Marble Slab Creamery this was the 2nd location that I've experience to what appears to be employees just taken upon themselves to close +20mins early on Saturday nights. I wonder if it's just coincidence or that they're just trying to get off early on a weekend night and terrible management accountability.
