DoorDash sucks. They "forget" things most of the time. I called Marcos, the reason given is most of them don't speak English.
Today, the "dasher" set the pizza on the ground, took a picture and left. However, from DoorDash, "BLAH is approaching with your order from Marco's Pizza. Your Dasher will hand the order to you.", followed by "Your Dasher, BLAH, has confirmed that the order was handed to you"
I wasn't home, and didn't get these texts. My kids didn't know the pizza was there for an hour. I have video of the "dasher" not ringing to doorbell or knocking.

I love the magnifico but this location has gone down hill. They used to be always consistently great! I don't like complaining but I called to tell the manager it wasn't good and he just said something about the dough being cold and it being the weekend but this never happened to me before with them. I won't order from them again :-(

the boy who has big earrings who by the way looks very unpleasant and dirty. First you have to have presence and decency. He gave me two orders and told me the name of one and I waited a long time. You are a person without light and you transmit your unfortunate sadness to others. You make the restaurant look bad with your bad service. It's not good for being at the register.

I am a regular here. Sunday I ordered a pizza at 5 pm. It didn't arrive until 6:45 pm and was COLD. Not even lukewarm. So much so that the cheese had congealed. On top of that, the toppings on my order were WRONG. I have tried to reach the manager for 3 straight days (I called immediately when I received the pie and for two days since), and no one at the store will assist me and no one has returned my call. SO disappointing.
