I’ve eaten Marco’s pizza quite a bit, so I was super frustrated with the situation. I ordered online at 6:04 and my food didn’t arrive until 7:40. I called at least once to check on the status of the order before it actually arrived. I took once look at the order and realized it was wrong. I have a gluten intolerance and had ordered something very specific. The crust on the pizzas I had ordered were definitely NOT gluten free and the soda was wrong. I called the store and got fed some line about how the insider was skipping pizzas and not checking orders before they went out. The shift manager I spoke to said they can’t remake pizzas due to food costs. So offering to refund my entire order is more cost effective? Doesn’t make much sense to me personally. This was all after I heard her and another employee yelling across the store about my order over the phone, very professional. So now I can’t eat anything I ordered, was told she would write my order number down and refund it at the end of the night, I have to go find something else to eat, and I’ll never be ordering Marcos again. I’ll be calling the store again tomorrow to make sure my order is actually refunded, after this experience I don’t partially believe the shift lead that’ll it’ll get taken care of.

Ordered honey hot pepperoni pizza wings and cheesy bread. Arrived timely but whoever made this pizza made the center so thin you cannot pick up a slice. And the crust has so much seasonings it’s orange. And inedible. Definitely will Not be ordering from this location again.

I placed an order for few pies. They delivered everything without one. They said they didn't have the ingredient and will deliver shortly. They never showed up. I called few hours later and they said they were out of steak for the philly pizza. They never notified me. I was told they will credit the money back. 3 weeks later and I haven't seen the refund. I'm really dissapointed as I ordered from them before.

So I had ordered a Medium Philly Cheese steak Pizza, on July 17th, 2025 at this location. I ordered for delivery, and it said it was on the way. But I thought they would come directly to my apartment door, well the driver called and couldn't find me. So I had to go all the way downstairs, and walk all the way to the office just to have him hand it to me. Then once I took it back to my place, opened it up the whole pizza looked like a 5 year old had just randomly threw on everything (meat, probs no sauce, very bland, no taste, and just sloppy child mess)! I will NEVER order from Marcos ever again! I might as well, just make my own homemade pizza which will be way better than whoever did mine! I even called today July 19th, to complain and try getting my money back but he said the manager would be in soon, but then turned around and told me he wasn't coming in today! So I really hope he gives me my refund back! I highly will NOT recommend Marcos to ANYONE!

Ordered pizza and wings for take-out yesterday. When we got home, the Sausage Magnifico pizza my wife ordered with no pizza sause and add white sause, add mushrooms, add banana peppers, add feta cheese was a disaster. It had NO sause at all, NO sausage at all and only had mushrooms, banana peppers and feta cheese on dry crust. When we called to complain, the person said the 2 people working in the kitchen did not speak english and this was only her 2nd week and nobody else was there to help us get a credit or a new pizza made. Marcos just lost a long time customer with this outragous service and product.

I placed an order online and received multiple updates via email. I was notified that my order was on the way, but 20 minutes later I receive a text message from the delivery driver saying my order is still being prepared and they are waiting on my order. My order was supposed to be on the way over 20 minutes ago.
I called the store to get an understanding of what is happening. Apparently my order has been ready and is waiting to be picked up. The driver is waiting on a second order that hasn't been prepared yet. Now my order, over $70 BTW, won't leave the store until they get this second order out so it can be delivered at the same time. This is completely unacceptable! There is no reason to hold my order for over 20 minutes and still waiting to get a second order done.

Asked for lite on the Sauce and they put more sauce. My kids love Marcos pizza but they couldn’t even eat it like they normally do. Extremely amount of sauce that left you with heart burn after and never wanting pizza again. It’s a miss for this store.
