We love Marcos. I have dietary restrictions on cheese and they're always willing to accommodate. Their quality is excellent and delivery is fast.Dietary restrictions: I can't have soft cheeses and I'm able to order pizza with just Parmesan and cheddar

the boy who has big earrings who by the way looks very unpleasant and dirty. First you have to have presence and decency. He gave me two orders and told me the name of one and I waited a long time. You are a person without light and you transmit your unfortunate sadness to others. You make the restaurant look bad with your bad service. It's not good for being at the register.

I am a regular here. Sunday I ordered a pizza at 5 pm. It didn't arrive until 6:45 pm and was COLD. Not even lukewarm. So much so that the cheese had congealed. On top of that, the toppings on my order were WRONG. I have tried to reach the manager for 3 straight days (I called immediately when I received the pie and for two days since), and no one at the store will assist me and no one has returned my call. SO disappointing.

I ordered a pizza. Was told 45 minutes for delivery. I ordered at 6:19 and the driver showed up at 7:45. He hands my pizza to some random high school kids and ask them to take it to me. Then tells them I need to come pay. So he expects me to walk out to the parking lot to his car and pay him. Then he has no change and no explanation for why it took so long for delivery. I called the store and the guy on the phone was very nice and offered me a store credit. He told me the manager would call me the next day. 3 days later and no response. So i wont be ordering from here again.Update its now 15 days later and still no response from the manager.

I have been coming to this location for about a year now and a few months ago they came under new management. Since then the pizza quality has gone down a degree and the offers and deals have become more limited as prices have simultaneously gone up. Sometimes my pizza is a little burnt, but I'm the type of person who doesn't mind that kind of thing. I have a gluten allergy so I always get the gluten-free (GF) crusts and they are naturally a bit thinner but the majority of the time they are a good crispiness level. With the new management there are no longer any codes or discounts that are applicable to pizzas that are gluten-free, weather the discount is applied online, over the phone, or in person. This has been a huge turn off for me, and I've only continued to choose Marco's because of the convencience of how close this particular location is. Whenever other people get their normal crust pizzas, they never come out burnt. I cannot speak on the delivery service, as I always pick mine up. The flavor of my pizzas however are almost always good.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free crust.Parking: Small lot shared with a few other establishments that are never very busy.

Order about 45 minutes before so I would not have to wait, but when I got there that was when they put the pizza in the oven so ended up being their for 20 minutes. Not a big deal I guess, but when I order the option of 3 times the amount of the topping, I instead got what I expected to be the regular amoint option for the topping...I would like to try coming again and ordering what I ordered just to see if it was a fluke, but honestly at this point there is a similar option at little Cesar's that is an extra $1

NEVER GOT MY PIZZA! This has never happened to me with any pizza company in my decades of pizza ordering lolI was excited to use their online tool, and received 8 updates as my pizza was allegedly being prepared and out for delivery, however I never once received a call nor did I ever get my pizza. Called the company all night and the next day and never got through. Finally got through a week later and was told the manager was the only one who could resolve my issue and that he would be in in the morning the next day. They took my number and when he hadn’t called by afternoon, I called again. I was told by another associate that he was not in but that she would text him and he should call me the next day, so I left my number again. He didn’t. The order was made on November 6th and today is November 19th. Had to get the money back from the bank. Sad. Hope others aren’t having this same experience.

This pizza shop sold me a Hot Honey Magnifico large pie WHICH WAS NOT ALL THAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE. ALSO i ordered asmall Cinna Square that was consisted of pizz dough with a sprinkle of cinnammon No not worth it at all. When i called i was told a manager was not on board : ABig fat lie. Refused to refund and or repeat to make anotherI do not recemend to purches from this pizza shop MARCOS. YUK

If zero stars were an option, I'd definitely rate this place ZERO.Because of the yummy commercials of MIKE'S HOT HONEY MAGNIFICO, And to add salt to my wound, I ordered Cinnasquares. Should be called CINNA-NOTS!!! I called to talk to the Mgr & was told there wasn't any, and it was 6:30ish, dinnertime. Talked to a Maria, & she barely spoke English, and wouldn't take any of my info, for the Mgr to call me. But no go.Called a 2nd time, talked to a young man, same story. No refund, no remake, ZERO!SO, if you're thinking of trying this place, I have one word ***DON'T ****Hopefully, my loss will help others to save their $$$ and go elsewhere.Tomorrow I'm calling Marco's Corp Office.(no pics, I already tossed out the stuff)Thanks,M. They don't have a clue about No Contact delivery. It's a joke to their drivers. Plus pizza was cold! Update on my first review. Completed stopped using this place. Most of the deliveries didn't happen and had to call in to inform the crew. They didn't care so going forward had to ask for the manager each time. I use to love this place until they started using staff and drivers that don't speak nor read any English. 5 orders in a row messed up over the course of the next 2 months, with 3 orders never delivered, was enough for me to say no more from this Marcos location. Sad I had to call in once to have an order redeliverded 3 times until I gave up and requested of the manager to refund my money.

After seeing the commercials for Marco's Hot Honey Magnifico Pizza, we thought we'd give it a try. Along with the Cinnasquares. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! BIG MISTAKE!! The pizza wasn't hot, hardly had pepperoni on it, and could barely taste the MIKE'S HONEY on it. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE COMMERCIAL. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I would. And as far as the Cinnasquares, just a bunch of pizza dough, hardly no cinnamon & I thought there would be some frosting. NOT!! So, I called, talked to Maria first & she said 'no manager'....didn't want to take my info, etc. Then, Ed called back and talked to Nate or something, he said the Mgr would be in tomorrow. I made a BIG $17.40 mistake plus we picked it up. NEVER GO TO THIS MARCO'S PIZZA JOINT. BEWARE! No photos because I tossed both items away. ***********STAY AWAY, DONT GO HERE*******
