My husband and I had a fantastic time at this ceviche food truck! The ceviche was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and perfectly plated. We enjoyed every bite while relaxing on the outdoor patio, soaking up the beautiful weather. The fresh juices were a perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommend for a casual, delicious dining experience!
I Came here for the first time today and the tropical ceviche and the green Agua Chile was so fresh, and very flavorful! Hands-down, the best I’ve had in Austin. The Owner Sergio is so friendly, kind and humble. He is very passionate about his food. I got there 20 minutes after they opened, and there was already 20 people sitting down. I was afraid that I would have to wait quite some time for my food, but it arrived pretty quickly! Agua Fresca is a good size for what you pay for. The quality of the seafood is superior. Parking is a little bit tricky, but definitely worth it! There are several long benches for seating under a nice shady tree. I cannot wait to go back!

Food was amazing. Service was great. You can order off an iPad. I feel dumb when i try to pronounce Spanish and people look at me funny. (I’m a Hispanic born in Texas ) so ordering off the iPad was a plus. This is definitely a top 5 spot in Austin. I suggest eating here on a cool day because it’s outside.
