Googled "best aguachile in austin" and looked through them all. chose this one bc it looked the most like what i was looking for (authentic). i got the mar negro, asked for it spicy. So so so fresh n so so so good!!!! service was really personable, not just someone pushing orders out of a truck. guy was coming out to check on everybody, seeing if anyone needed anything. cant wait to go back n try everything else !!

Outstanding customer service and food was extremely good. Fresh, perfect balance of ingredients, and had a nice covered area from the heat to enjoy the delicious food. Would definitely recommend, best ceviche I’ve had (hard to find in Austin), wife had the aguachile and said it was better than Este ? will be coming back for sure! Location was a little far out but worth the drive.
