Front cashier emotionless.. serve food in plastic containers ? Like soup too ? I only ordered samosas which are really good and chai.. hot and sour with chicken is watery and all rubbish garnishing.. employe saw my wife going towards restroom and still ignored the fact she need keys to open..

Visited recently and found the food to be just okay, it lacked the authentic flavors I was expecting. Nothing really stood out in terms of taste. On the plus side, the place was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It felt a bit inattentive and slow, which affected the overall dining experience. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially if they want to create a more memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.

They are becoming like McDonald’s in a way.
Don’t expect customer service here. (Unless the staff is prejudiced.) Monday evening around 6, they are not busy inside the restaurant. But they don’t greet. They don’t smile. If they made a mistake and you make them realize then they just have a expressionless face. I know hard to find good employees coz I am a businessman myself.
But …
Don’t make a customer feel unwelcome because you are having the best of day.
I drove one hour for this forgettable experience.
Food was decent. Not good as usual. But the no service and not even courteous, killed the whole experience.
May be the owner , wants to look into it.

We visited the restaurant at 7:30 pm and the lady at the reception was not welcoming. I just took out my tripod out and was taking a video of my friend, the lady at the reception said that we should not shoot a video. We mentioned that i was just taking a picture of my friend but still she was not okay. And she mentioned that we have cameras we will see now. We have visted many restaurants no one ever said this to us or rude to customers.
Even while serving the food she mentioned the same thing again and agin like we should not take photos in a rude voice tone. I didn’t understand that point and we felt bit disappointed and did not enjoyed the food as well.

I dined in and the food and service was amazing! The food was hot and came out quick. They were able to make accommodations for my preferences and it tasted phenomenal! Super friendly staff as well. We went after midnight and appreciated it being open that late.
