It was a mediocre atmosphere. It was loud and there wasn't that many people in there. So the acoustics in that building must be something. The sauce on my Enchiladas. taste, it like it came out of a can.
I love Maudie's but was disappointed in my veggie fajitas on this experience. I love the fact that they add serranos to it, but I thought my fajitas would come on a sizzling plate like all other fajitas.
My last experience at Maudies was disappointing too because they chose to leave the peppers out of something I ordered without asking me.

Food was piping hot and delicious. I ordered the chipotle chicken. Chicken was well cooked and the sauce was tangy and spicy.
My husband got the chilli relleno. Had the smoky flavor and was delicious 🤤🤤
