MAJOR HYGIENE COMPLAINT. It's been many years since I had a BIG MAC, and so when I placed my order today for two Big Mac's and a large TRAY of fries at McDonald's restaurant located at 2114 New Slaughter Ln., Austin Texas, I witnessed an employee who was handling the fries put her fingers in her mouth three times in just 10-15 minutes while handling the large fry's containers and then she also picked up individual fries with her fingers to put them back into the "large fry's" (red) containers. WHAT!!?? After I waited over 15 minutes there (inside the restaurant) the manager finally came out and said she could not locate my order and then asked if I had the ticket from the order terminal to which I handed her. I also told her about the employee with the fingers in her mouth and because this manager didn't seem to take my complaint seriously I also told her that if my wife and I get sick (we're both well over 65 years age) that we will enlist the services of the best law firm in Austin / Dallas / Houston to file litigation against McDonald's. My wife ended up throwing the fries in the garbage disposal. Bottom line .. McDonald's doesn't have class enough to answer at all, let alone with an acceptable resolve, NEVER AGAIN!! AND I RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, and don't even think about calling their complaint department at 800-244-6227 because you cannot override the recorded questions to speak to a live representative. Absolutely PATHETIC. I think I'll just file a complaint through the health department in Texas just to bounce a "PIA" waste of time right back to them

The staff was nice but my friend was given the wrong order and I overheard several other people after us coming back complaining about getting the wrong food. Was lucky my order wasn't wrong but still frustrating none the less especially for how many people were having the same issue after us.

This location definitely needs to retrain their employees on customer service!!!! I pulled into the drive through around 4:30 pm on Wednesday of 2/9/2022. After waiting several minutes at the microphone to order cause of technical difficulties, I placed my order! Get to window and an employee hands me a bag with a stale basket of fries. I asked her to switch them out for me cause they looked old! When I reviewed my order I noticed they didn't put my daughter's fries in the bag. I went inside in person and the employee Sylvia was arguing with me yelling saying that I was lying. She arranged the order herself and she put the fries in there. I corrected her and said no ma'am you gave me a bag I tasted the fries and I handed you the bag back. She was not helpful in getting me my items that she fail to put in the bag along with any of the sauce for my nuggets. This is a perfect example of why I don't like eating fast food. Rude and disrespectful employees. They don't like customer service, they need to get a job where they don't interact with people. She was the rudest employee I have ever came across. She needs to be retrained on how to talk to the patrons. Yelling is never okay!!!!!Common courtesy goes a long way. She started to yell and didn't even try to solve the problem. I will Never be back to a McDonald's again in my life! ???☹️
Ordered 20 piece nuggets and a basket of fries ended up only getting a box of nuggets and no sauce. So we re ordered ended up getting only fries and no nuggets or sauce. Not the best a reading orders apparently. And not good at fixing issues. But what’s to be expected. It is McDonald’s.

Worst McDonalds in a long, long time. No customer service when there is no manager on site. The drive thru clerk had no clue how to handle his difficulties as he was imploring that there were only two staff on site at 7pm on a Monday. Guess the 5+ cars ahead of me was too much for him. He clearly can't think on his feet much less ask people to wait if he's too busy at that moment, especially after I asked 3 times if anyone was there to take my order at the microphone kiosk. Then he mumbles the complaint about only 2 ppl on site without asking to take my order while I am in front of him at the window. And he actually admitted to hearing me ask hello 3x's but wasnt willing to respond? Then after asking if he was going to actually take my order, he finally mumbles, 'what do I want?' Clearly he was never trained to take orders. How do I know, I worked at a McDonalds years ago in high school, and they have video instruction, and days of turoring with a second more trained person. But that clearly isn't how they do it here, nor do they call in a backup manager to help when someone is out. Seriously, if this is the caliber of people they leave in charge during a peak period, dont bother wasting time here. Especially if they are paying $15/hr for clerks now. What a waste of time...

I deliver for a living and sat there for 15 minutes before being helped all the while staring at the order just sitting there getting cold. Y'all mess with people's money when you do that. One of the worst MacDonalds in the City of Austin

Showed up 18 minutes before closing time for a simple order. Waited and politely asked for someone to take my order. No one ever came to the speaker so I pulled around to the window where they were handing food out to someone. After that they shut the window and didn't return. 10 minutes before closing time.
