Mc donalds is cool and has a clown mascot and they give u salty fries and unhealthy burgers...... any kid would like this because it has an indoor playplace. but however restrooms are trashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh overall the only thing theyy need to fix is their ice cream machine

MAJOR HYGIENE COMPLAINT. It's been many years since I had a BIG MAC, and so when I placed my order today for two Big Mac's and a large TRAY of fries at McDonald's restaurant located at 2114 New Slaughter Ln., Austin Texas, I witnessed an employee who was handling the fries put her fingers in her mouth three times in just 10-15 minutes while handling the large fry's containers and then she also picked up individual fries with her fingers to put them back into the "large fry's" (red) containers. WHAT!!?? After I waited over 15 minutes there (inside the restaurant) the manager finally came out and said she could not locate my order and then asked if I had the ticket from the order terminal to which I handed her. I also told her about the employee with the fingers in her mouth and because this manager didn't seem to take my complaint seriously I also told her that if my wife and I get sick (we're both well over 65 years age) that we will enlist the services of the best law firm in Austin / Dallas / Houston to file litigation against McDonald's. My wife ended up throwing the fries in the garbage disposal. Bottom line .. McDonald's doesn't have class enough to answer at all, let alone with an acceptable resolve, NEVER AGAIN!! AND I RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, and don't even think about calling their complaint department at 800-244-6227 because you cannot override the recorded questions to speak to a live representative. Absolutely PATHETIC. I think I'll just file a complaint through the health department in Texas just to bounce a "PIA" waste of time right back to them

Says they’re closed for maintenance looks like it’s gonna be a while just about everything inside torn out there’s also people outside that are very disappointed I saw one person crying.
Huge shout-out to all of the minimally paid workers who work so hard to prepare an endless stream of orders and who deal with entitled individuals who complain about things entirely out of workers' control. LOVE YOU GUYS and THANK YOU for all you do!

This McDonald's closes their doors before 8:45pm for indoor dinning and orders. The door says 9pm

The staff was nice but my friend was given the wrong order and I overheard several other people after us coming back complaining about getting the wrong food. Was lucky my order wasn't wrong but still frustrating none the less especially for how many people were having the same issue after us.
