They canceled two of my delivery orders and after a month, I still haven't gotten my money back. This despite numerous phone calls and emails in which I've been promised the refund in 1-3 business days or 1-7 business days. They've kept almost $40 of my money. Never again will I place a delivery order with McDonald's.

I bought a quarter pounder deluxe I went back meet wasn't fully cook it was red in the inside and red liquid coming out of it I noticed after the second bite, I went bk and manager admitted they had a problem with their flat top cooking grill that isn't functioning correctly but that the meet was fully cook and even if it looks red is fully cooked.
