12/04/2025 Here again to leave yet another review!!! Same horrible service. I CAN NOT. the only nice person is the lady who takes the back window order. The dark lady in front I can not she rushes and rushes. Twice they could not find my information or order when I had the receipt. Someone needs to take over!
Here to say that I am a regular and I swear to god every single time!!! They pull me to the number 2 for a coffee and THEY ALWAYS GET IT WEONG THIS HAS HAPPENED ALREADY 3-4 days in a row. The girl keeps going back and stills wrong. Also the lady in the second window always rushing. Elizabeth is nice.

Omg never in my life I had to wait for some fries to long I was waiting for my order They had my spicy Mc Chickens on counter and sitting there until they had the fries coming out obviously the food was already cold when they brought the food to me i had to ask them to redo them Well they had them sitting there again Like I don’t know if the people with pink or red shirt or managers but dang This McDonalds needs to fired and hire again because he’ll nooo The front crew where on their phone I heard so many times that they give the wrong order to other people like hello 15 guys at front for nothing

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. I ordered a value meal and paid, then picked up table number 57 and sat down to wait. I waited for almost 30 minutes and nobody brought my food. I went to the counter several times to check, but couldn’t see my order anywhere.
About 40 minutes later, I noticed an opened food bag sitting on a table near the entrance. I went to look, and unfortunately—it was my order. The ice cream was missing, and the ranch sauce had already been opened. I was frustrated because even if they didn’t want to bring the food to my table, they shouldn’t leave someone’s order randomly on a table where anyone can touch it.
I told one of the employees that my food should not have been left there unattended. She didn’t seem to understand English well (she spoke mainly Spanish), so the communication didn’t go well. I was annoyed but decided to let it go—until I started eating the nuggets and realized one piece was missing and the box had clearly been opened before.
There was a homeless person sitting near the entrance, and I strongly suspect he took food from my bag, because the staff left it out where anyone could reach it. That means I accidentally ate food that a stranger had already eaten from. It made me extremely sick to my stomach.
This store’s food handling and customer service are unacceptable. If a manager reads this, please check the security camera footage. This happened on November 28th，2025, between 6–7 PM. My order number was 735. The management here seriously needs improvement.

I have visited this McDonald’s at least five times in the last two months and I haven’t had a single good experience. During their monopoly game I didn’t get a single sticker despite ordering off the menu. I have yet to get hot fries from this location as well. The service here has been terrible. When ordering from the drive through I’ve been greeted with “what” twice now. It’s also happened multiple times where I have been handed my food at the second window with no words spoken. I understand no one wants to be at work but a “have a nice day”, “thank you” , or acknowledging a customers presence goes a long way. These employees must not be treated very well for them to not care this much.

I tried to use the BOGO where you leave a review and get a buy one sandwich and get a free one of equal or lesser value from this location. The manager says the store owner does not honor them even though they pass them out. Pretty low when they won’t even honor their own coupons.

Placed my order at 2:25am with only one car infront of me, it is now 2:55 am and I am STILL only waiting for a small high c. This is ridiculous, lady at the window looked thru the window and ignored me while I was trying to tell her I’m missing a small drink. This location has a horrible night cure fix it !!

I placed the order and when I got to the last order, the lady gave me a small latte when I ordered a large sugar-free iced coffee. I told her that’s not what I order and she said well. This is all we have. We are out then I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit And they give me a biscuit with a hash brown. This wasn’t even my order at place. They gave me somebody else’s and the lady was rude. but because I didn’t wanna be parked like always I just took it

I try NOT to come to this McDonald's in the morning. Sometimes with the morning traffic it's the most convenient choice. The service in the morning is absolutely terrible. There's always a long line because the staff is so slow, unprepared, and unable to manage the drive thru. I was one of only 3 cars this morning. I hot to the window, she repeated the wrong order to me. I told her the right order. And she still gave me the wrong order. So I had to pull up and wait for them to get it right. How hard is it to manage only 3 orders?? Really it was only 2 orders because there was a car in front of me and one behind. Regardless I will continue to avoid this McDonald's in the mornings if I can.
