I went by this McDonald’s for some chicken nuggets I ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal I then got home and took a bite of the nugget and it tasted funny I then smelled the nugget and it smelled so horrible. This location sells rotten chicken I also ordered bbq sauce and buffalo sauce I got ranch and sweet and sour I then called the restaurant and told them they gave me rotten meat and the lady said well that is too bad I said can I have a refund I had to throw everything away and she said no your not getting a refund and hung up. Very poor customer service and the chicken was horrible!!

The worst service there I do uber and I go here bc it’s close to my house and they’ve done numerous things but one is always that I’ll order a frappe they will add it and at the window tell me that it’s down they did it so many times the last time I straight up told them why’d you let me order it then and made them make me one then the time before they took my McDonalds points form the app for a free frappe and then told me it wasn’t working and didn’t give me my points back. You have to remind them how to cook their food like making it fresh not the shit on the warmer that’s been there for ten minutes and they always forget the sauce 🙄 fries are never salted either if you don’t like your job get one you won’t suck at at least

Ordered the $5 meal deal for myself and the McRib meal for my husband. The fries were stale and each of the containers were only halfway full. The McRib hardly had any sauce on it. The Dr Pepper was only filled up 2/3rd of the cup but tasted really flat and watery, the ratios were off. Seems like they were skimping on as much as they could.

Always busy and most times they get my order wrong...I don't know why I keep coming here, they don't understand what I'm saying because of the language barriers, so cause of that my order is almost always wrong...omg all the money this company makes and they can't train there employees properly... and they can't hire bilingual people... what a shame.

There is nothing worse than having a bad day , get some food , and getting it wrong!!!! How hard is to make a correct order with only 2 cars ? Cold fries, wrong order! Do I really need to check my order every time? Do the owners really care about bad reviews ? I don’t see this location improving a bit!
Did not get my complete order. Manager was very rude after I called and told them I was missing part of my order. I told him it was a big inconvenience having to come back. He didn't seem to care . Had an attitude the whole time. Not even am I'm sorry.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a double cheeseburger, med fries and large coke. Fries were lukewarm, not enough salt and received a regular cheeseburger, but was charged for a double. WTH? They didn't give me a receipt, so how do I prove it? Certainly won't be going there again. Should've gone to Wendy's instead!
