,Great service and classic eats!I recently visited this McDonald's and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially CARLA the employee who took my order. They were patient and answered all my questions with a smile. My food was fresh and delicious, just what I expect from McDonald's. Overall, it was a great visit, and I will definitely be back!Parking: Plenty of space .Kid-friendliness: ITS MCDONALDS !Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps on all sides.

Not the most consistent McDonald's to go to honestly, I've ordered a burger and got a missing patty twice, last time I ordered five sauces and got five ketchup packets instead and no one said anything to me, the GM did email me but never got back to me so I went to the Walmart McDonald's on 290 and got my sauces no problem lol ??♂️
Earlier during the day they took away one drink from the order. We didn’t realize it until we got home. Bad. Later in the evening, when we ordered sweet tea, there was absolutely no sweet in the tea. How can you do this to a honorary Southie. :(

Took my kid to eat before his doctors appointment, wow this place was such a disappointment. First took so long to get my food, second loved being ignored while I was standing by the counter and even though 6 of your employees saw me none ever helped me. Oh and the atmosphere was lovely while a homeless man slept near by a table on the corner, of course before that he kept passing by our table staring at my child and his meal. I have never felt so unsafe at a McDonald’s in Austin until today.
