Everytime I come here I’m always waiting a long time for some coffee, rather it’s hot or cold. I’m told the machines are down, after watching them make everybody else coffee . This place is trash!!

A little disappointed in the substitution. I ordered 2 holiday pies. Got to the last window and said they were out. They have me an option to substitute. You'd think they would give more than 3 cookies as a sub. 3 cookies are worth less than holiday pies... bottom half of my fries were cold. Other than that the employees were nice.

Cashier ignores me and finally tells me to just order In the drive thru. I've worked fast food 5 years before my career i dont understand how a place could be ran so terribly

Terrible service. We asked for a burger bun on the chicken biscuit (something every other McDonalds location has done without a problem) and they kept giving excuses about why they couldn’t do it. We asked to speak to a manager and of course no one came forward. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Terrible service. The workers here are extremely rude, especially to people who don’t speak English well. Instead of helping, they laugh and make customers feel embarrassed. This is unacceptable. Management needs to fix this immediately.
Service there is so poor, tonight is the 3rd time is go to ask for ice cream and they never have ice cream at nights. So bad the should close the store if theyre not serving everithing on the menú
