Experience was terrible. I placed an order at the kiosk and then I wasn't able to pay at the register. I stood around for 15 minutes waiting for the reguster to come up. Decided to go elsewhere.

Save yourself the disappointment, this location is horrible. The staff is rude, and dishonest. Pay in cash they will short change you and then argue with you. Management barely speaks English and is oblivious to the customers concerns. Top that with an extremely long wait while watching the staff ignore you, and a very dirty seating area; you have this location.

I was in a work vehicle we had 2 orders going. My bosses order through drive thru and my mobile order. I asked to add a sandwich to the bosses order. Instead they added the sandwich to bosses order and canceled my mobile order. I told her no keep the mobile order n add a sandwich to bosses order. She added sandwich to bosses order. Said she was canceling my mobile order. I said no please keep my mobile order. Instead she charged me for mobile order but I didn't receive the food.

McDs Anderson Lane didn't hassle me at all and I even came across a few patrons whom gave me fries and chicken nuggets in a "poor guy in a screwed up situation"

Very slow service. Ordered a simple quarter pounder and was eating inside. No one ever brought anything to my table. I had to go up to the counter and ask what was taking so long. Service is not good. The restaurant was dirty (trash on the floor, trash can overflowing). Not a good experience.
My order number is 1261 and I paid for the 2a meal and the 2 strawberry cream pies. And they only put one. I called and they don’t answer. I left a message and I have yet to hear from them. I have evening school and could not just double back and wait in a very long line and also the fries were more on the cold side. You can’t eat your fries with ketchup because then your fries will be colder before you get to eat them. There is a 3 dollar deal on the pies and 2 is better than 1 but now where’s my money for the missing pie. I know there’s cameras in there. I know they saw when my order was made and what items were put in my bag. Can you please somehow fix this. I didn’t even get a receipt only the ticket in the bag.

A few days ago I went to McDonalds and ordered a BigMac without pickles. And they put pickles on it. Is not the first time this happens on other occasions I ordered a hot mocha and they gave me a frappe mocha. On another order I got only hot cakes and they gave me sausage. It has been the same teen that has made my orders. You should check the orders before giving them out.

Fries were cold, McFlurry never comes mixed, even ordered 5 minutes before I arrived to make sure it was fresh and it wasn’t. Didn’t get my ranch or spoon the first time had to reverse back to window. Don’t come here.
