If I could no stars! First off I was being rushed to order when I told the female that was taking my order that I wasn't ready and to give me a few minutes, no one was no cars in the drive through! Then the lady was speaking to me in spanish thinking I dont know spanish and I told her nicely that I was still trying to decide what to order she was so rude to me!!! Would never go there again!!!!

Excellent place. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, caring, going the extra mile to help. Example is Keyla, always positive and very active (with customers orders and keeping the place clean), or Wimer, very polite and caring. Orders are prompt and accurate. The place is very clean and not crowded.
I strongly recommend this place.

staff completely ignored us even after we called out to them multiple times to get their attention, i had even waved a guy down that was working and i know he saw me but he just ignored me as well, we were waiting for a doordash pick up and i had asked a worker how long it would take to make a caramel frappe and she couldn’t understand me so she said one moment she would go get someone but nobody came, we yelled maam and sir but we’re ignored and they didn’t come over till the order for doordash was done so then we just said forget it. Never going there again.

Figure out how to make your online order not cancel and not refund the reward or just give your customer a flipping soda instead of being a bunch of jerks for the same price as the original order.

Also pretty sad when your shift lead pleads “why do you want my name I don’t make nothing?” Sad.

They keep forgetting to put sauces in the bag like ranch or etc. Or 2 ranch dipping sauces for 20 chicken nuggets like really but otherwise its ok

Worst mcdonalds ever. No one at drivethru. No one at first window. Second window i tell the guy no one could take my order at the mic, he walked away. Then came back to hand me another persons order. I told him i want to make my own order. He walks away. The manager comes to take order then says payment isnt working for tap. Then i have to go inside. Internet is down cant post review. 20mins wasted for a 1 item order

Apparently, they open at 5:30am on Sundays even though every other store opens at 5am. This location needs business hours on the front door, which they don't currently have.

This is one of the only McDonald’s that gives you fresh food still. I really appreciate the morning crew always making sure my meal is hot n fresh and my caramel coffee on point! Thank you 😊

I came into order. Some, not all, McDonalds don’t have Double Homestyles, so I went in to order. I waited, then the manager told me to order at the kiosk. I tried to explain to him that I don’t believe I can order what I want at the kiosk. The kiosks don’t allow you to order a second patty on the same sandwich customization. Normally I must explain this. The manager just walked off without even attempting to listen. He couldn’t care less about customers in the dining room/walk-in.

Luckily, this location does offer Double Homestyles (I found it on the kiosk), stopping me from giving the manager an earful about it.

Another man walked in and also received no service just like me. Turns out, he can’t read English and so I, as a customer, had to do the employee’s job and help this guy, from the kindness of my heart, order his small soda otherwise he was never going to be able to get it ordered. Glad I could help him unlike the jerk employees at this location.

Then I got my sandwich. The sandwich was unmistakably McDonald’s messy, so my fingers were all up in it as I ate it, but it was hot and fresh.

The worst part tho, they have these nasty black, fat, gnats flying around the lobby. They were so fat they could barely fly. Nasty.
