Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes after work just wanting dinner, only to not even get a “hey I’ll be with yall in a minute” while another customer gets served so I know they’re open. It’s really frustrating to not be helped after waiting that long.

Unfortunately it is still a hit or miss with this location about mc d but all the other ones I have had no issues. I think the cashier might not have made time enough to tell the back I asked for extra crispy nuggest. I had gotten them just fine a couple weeks before. So it's hard to trust this location as I had other issue on an order. I think she took the next customer instead of telling the cook in the back so I just got regular nuggets. At all the other ones they have done it better so I usually do not go here!!

Came here earlier today and noticed my food had hair in it so I went back to get it exchanged, no big deal since I’m not a Karen , but to my surprise the girl who was remaking it had blonde hair (the same shade as the hair in my food) wasn’t even wearing a hat and her hair wasn’t even tied correctly. I used to work at McDonald’s and our management would always make us wear it due to sanitary issues. I just thought it was gross but please do better as y’all are handling food😕

Ordered a McDouble and it was completely dehydrated and not nearly close to edible. Fries were way over salted and they forgot the dipping sauces for the nuggets for my little one and the hot fudge sundae. Usually I have better luck but this location is so inconsistent. Only winner was the fountain coke.

This place has really gone downhill since this place was bought by the Rodriguez family. The food was old, It took forever and none of the staff spoke English. It was terrible. Go anywhere else. Even a homeless soup kitchen would be better. The Rodriguez family owns 3 McDonald's here in town. I'll review the others soon.

Went at lunch ordered on kiosk to pay at counter. Counter folks did not speak good English but managed to tell me they did not have fish. Thank goodness I did not pay at kiosk Store was pure madness.

I ordered a number 5 sandwich in the drive thru, just a simple sandwich. When I got up to the window they charged me $15+ and handed me a big bag. They asked me to pull up and wait for my #5 sandwich. I asked for a mgr who assured I had been refunded and would see it in a few days. (I still don’t see my refund) When I opened the bag there was some kind of pancake sandwich and hash brown, still not my order. The first 2 people I spoke to didn’t speak English at all. I’m k no it one of those anti Mexican types but you should have people taking and filling orders that understand when the customer is asking for. Really bad experience

10 min for coffee at 5:20am not even busy and restroom was nasty
I was having good morning and was expecting a great breakfast from McDonald's, but that is not what I got. Usually breakfast is great there, but not this time. I got two sausage biscuits and a hasbrown and when I started eating my biscuit, the biscuit was hard like it had been sitting there since yesterday and they just reheated it. So I think oh maybe it's just this one, but I was wrong the second biscuit was worse and the patty seemed to be burnt and then i reach into the bag for my hasbrown and my hasbrown has no sleeve on it just seemed to be throw in there and whats crazy is that there were only three cars in line, so there was no rush at all. This is one McDonald's that I will avoid.

Even though they have the support of a corporate conglomerate they are still unbelievably slow when it comes to in store orders. I am waiting for the thirteenth minute for my filet o fish and fries and drink. Any longer and I may as well order a pizza. Horrific service. Their order kiosk has run out of receipt paper - SEVEN MONTHS AGO - and they haven't bothered to replace it. Terrible. I don't even know why I am here.
