I ordered a number 5 sandwich in the drive thru, just a simple sandwich. When I got up to the window they charged me $15+ and handed me a big bag. They asked me to pull up and wait for my #5 sandwich. I asked for a mgr who assured I had been refunded and would see it in a few days. (I still don’t see my refund)
When I opened the bag there was some kind of pancake sandwich and hash brown, still not my order. The first 2 people I spoke to didn’t speak English at all....
