Lots of people in the kitchen, nobody attending the counter, and everyone laughing senselessly... the self-checkout doesn't work, only one screen is functional. Very bad service...I’m waiting more of ten minutes for made my order 😒

Soooo bad! Omg. They will charge you for a couple water and give you watered down hot chocolate. Also, the ice taste like they picked it up off the floor really, really terrible !!

If I can do 0 stars I would!!! Barley nobody talk English mess up on your order and get mad and rolls eyes when you correct them about there mistake!! Then they want you to repeat what you order 5 times and still don’t understand!! Then I ask to be reimbursed and gave me a big fuss about me having to do on the mobile order which I couldn’t because they already marked it as (Prossessing) so left without food for my kids in out of over $30!! DO NOT GOOO here!!!

I don't even leave negative reviews because what's the point but I felt compelled. I ordered a curbside breakfast sandwich. Simple right? After 10 minutes in the curbside lane I realize nobody is coming. There is no one in line inside or outside. They just decided not to bring it. I stand in front of the register where two dead eyed zombie employees are just meandering and getting themselves drinks. They don't even acknowledge me for 3 minutes I'm right in front of them. Finally I just yell is that my order? To the only bag behind the counter. They hand it to me reluctantly I get in the car and it's not what ordered. My god McDonald's get it together. This place and the employees are on another level of low

This is the closest McDonald's to my home but we normally avoid it. Why? The service; either you get a cashier who can't keep his/her eyes off the phone, or they don't have decaf coffee or they don't have hashbrowns or they don't have pies. But what has become a pet peeve with this particular place and it has been for the decades I've lived in this area, the employees rarely say thank you. The cashier doesn't say it. I thank them and they don't respond. On this specific occasion, it was hot so I hoped the ice cream machine worked. It did. We got our three cones, but the lady gave me the last cone then quickly shut the window. She didn't say thank you and I didn't even get a chance to thank her. I felt like we were a bother. So we'll keep going to a different location or a different fast food place.

At 10:00pm at night, with 4 people working inside, it took well over 20 minutes to get through 4 cars in the drive through. Unacceptable. And the fries were cold.

Do not go to this restaurant if you don't speak Spanish!! They will make you stand there and act like they don't comprehend!! I shouldn't need a translator to order from McDonald's!!!! Worst management ever!! The picture included was the caramel sundaes that were barely full and sloppy looking...that's exactly how they were handed to us!
